Beliggende i Sandpiper Cove, tonsvis af faciliteter-stor privat strand med Tiki Hut. Marina, båd rampe, kanal og dokker til Boaters, private kanal er få skridt fra hoveddøren til lejligheden. Par 3 golfbane, 5 pools, 2 hot tubs. Den nice upscale Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant er på stedet. Destin vand taxa kan hente dig på stedet og tage dig til nogen af de steder på "Destin Harbor", hvor du kan finde masser af underholdning samt restauranter og barer! Denne enhed har et stort køkken og king size seng. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Ny seng og kystindretning, netop renoveret! Nice privat veranda over ser golfbanen. Boaters drøm !!

One of the most accommodating condos we have stayed in! We love sand piper and have come for years and the space was so inviting and comfortable. Thank you for hosting us.

We had the best time in this cute updated condo! We loved all of the extras that Lindsey and Chris provide to make our vacation enjoyable. We especially love the beach chair and umbrella service! Lindsey is so great at communication and responds right away to any communications that I send. The bed is so comfortable and our son loves the bunk beds! This condo is perfect for us and Lindsey has all of the kitchen tools and pots/pans we needed for our stay. Sandpiper Cove is such a nice area with a private beach with beautiful waters and white sand. We have stayed in this condo for three years and are already booked for next year!

Duck’s Roost was amazing! From the time to check in to check out so much clarity and direction from host and Sandpiper Cove! This was our first vacation and it did not disappoint! My sister, me, and my kids had such an amazing restful time! The chairs and the umbrellas were such a great bonus! We will definitely be back!

The unit it’s self was completely fine…The problem was I had asked specifically if there was a store close…The person I spoke to said target and Winn Dixie is across the street, she failed to mention there is 1 entrance/exit to the complex which actually makes the stores a mile away…We did not rent a car so anything we needed we had to have delivered which was an extra expense…It was very much an inconvenience to us…

First time in Destin and we loved it. This condo is perfect in every way! The best was the free umbrella, chairs and private beach. We loved the pools and the free golf course. Great fireworks out the front door. Owner is so great to communicate with and provided wonderful restaurant suggestions. My only suggestion would be to add a lefty golf club to the ones provided. We have already booked for next year.

Everything was very nice and clean the host was very quick to answer any questions it was the perfect amount of space, quiet neighborhood and perfect location to the beach would definitely stay here again!

Florida Getaway

Very clean and updated. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom a little small but had a nice walk-in shower. Very close to the beach. Nice to have an umbrella and chairs there for your use.

Wonderful Getaway

We spent a week in Destin and staying at Duck's Roost was just what we needed. Great space, great location, so close to the private beach, and wonderful to have the chair service included. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here with our 7 month old for our first family vacation and it was so lovely. The space was exactly what we needed and access to both the pools and the beach were great! Super walkable complex and neighborhoods nearby which we nice for stroller walks. Lindsay had clear and timely communication and the condo was spotless and cozy.

Great Beach Stay

Fantastic property to stay at! The host was super quick to respond with anything we needed. It was very nice to habe a private beach with chair and umbrella set-up. Best stay we've booked off of VRBO! Hope to come back in the future!

Fantastic warm weather getaway!!

We had an excellent visit in Destin this week! The condo was exactly as described very beachy vibes throughout the entire decor and spotless as well! Hope to return for a future visit with an extended time frame. Highly recommend thank you, Lindsay, for such a welcoming atmosphere!

Nick's first trip to Florida.

Wonderful visit. No complaints whatsoever! Condo was recently remodeled and spotless! Large bed was wonderful for sleeping. For a single guest like me, bunk bed area provided extra room for storing my gear and a great place to get dressed. Unlike rentals in other places, my internet connection worked perfectly and I enjoyed great TV at night. A gym located in the next block accepted day passes and provided a complete workout during my visit. The beach and harbor boardwalk area were fun to stroll and take photos. I enjoyed great seafood at nearby restaurants, including the one that was located on our property. I had a great time and I want to visit again!

Relaxing Honey/Babymoon

This rental was one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in. Everything was in great condition and fresh clean laundry. The bed was AMAZING!!!!!! I am 7 months pregnant and all my back pain went away due to that bed!! I would want to stay here every time I go. Due to the timing of our dates, we did not get to take advantage of the included beach set up, but regardless, the beach was amazing and private. Location is super close to just about everything from excursions, restaurants and stores. We cant wait to come back and take the kids!!!

Great Getaway

Perfect place in Sandpiper Cove. Lindsay had everything ready and it was great for our nice getaway. Beach service was great and we spent most of our time under the umbrella!

Wonderful Property

Very up to date property and clean. Just a ten minute walk to the beach and no worries of always having two chairs and an umbrella waiting.

Amazing condo!!

We absolutely LOVE staying at this condo when we go to Destin. We love Sandpiper Cove and have stayed in many different condos here, but this one is our absolute favorite! This condo is clean and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay! This condo is close to the pool and has a wonderful deck overlooking the golf course. Our son loved the bunk beds and the king bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. We have booked this condo two years in a row and already have it booked for next year!

Super clean, great complex, convenient location and beach umbrella/chair service!

Stayed here with my husband, 6y, 3y, and infant. Super easy to check in, had hangers plus an oversized nightstand with drawers which worked perfect and unpack the kiddos for the week. Loved that we had use of beach chairs & umbrella- everyone at the condo (front gate) and beach service was super nice. We drove across the street (didn’t want to haul three kids) but there was always available parking. Checked out 3 of the property’s pools (kids loved the main one the best :). Would definitely stay here again! According to my 6 y “it’s smaller than our house but it has pools and has absolutely everything we need… except a toaster” (don’t worry, we easily toasted her bagel on a frying pan stovetop!)

marina, boat ramp, canal for your boat, private beach access, golf, tennis, 5 swimming pools, two heated, hot tubs. biking. Destin water taxi can pick you up on site and eliminate the need to get in the car and deal with parking and traffic at the famous Destin Harbor Walk where you will find Entertainment / Restaurants and Bars.
