The house was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the family really enjoyed the pool and game room. The host responded quickly when asked a question but truly nothing was unexpected.

Host was very responsive and check-in/check-out procedures were clear, reasonable, and well documented. Location was great for where we needed to go. Note: the hot tub and pool cannot be heated during the summer months, so the hot tub wasn't actually hot; however, no one seemed to mind because it was very warm outside.

Clear, well-documented check-in and check-out can set the tone for a whole trip, so we're glad that side of things ran smoothly and that our team was responsive throughout. It's good to hear the location puts you close to where you needed to be, too. Thanks for the note on the hot tub as well — we've passed it along to the team so the seasonal detail is clear for future guests. We'd love to welcome you back anytime.

There were a few issues. The electricity in the living room and swimming pool area did not work for the first day until an electrician came the following day to work on it.wifi didn't work because the electricity didn't work. There were things broken throughout the home. The home is nice but definitely has been well used by renters. The dishwasher didn't wash well. There were balloon pieces in the pool from the last people. We kept having problems with security at the gate telling us we were not on the list for the home. Overall it was a good vacation, but with a few hiccups

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed this home for our family vacation. The kids loved the game room, upstairs jungle gym, and pool. The community pool is resort style and enhanced the stay as well. Communication was prompt and reliable. The home was very clean with everything you need for your stay. My only complaint was the additional fee to heat the hot tub as this should come with the expense of the rental. Other than that, we would be back to this house!
