To soveværelser, to & et halvt badeværelse Beachfront Unit

Luksus to soveværelser enhed på den prestigefyldte Aqualina Beach Club direkte på smukke Simpson Bay Beach. Enhed 101 er den ideelle ejendom for et par par, der elsker udendørs levende og nem adgang til stranden og det turkise Caribiske Hav. Enheden er en af tre i komplekset på ti enheder med en stor træterrasse lige under terrassen, hvor man finder fire chaiselongstoler, to Tucci-paraplyer, et jacuzzi-bad J-345 med indbygget stereo samt en privat strand adgang med håndholdt brusebad. Beach lounge stole er også forsynet samt bærbare paraplyer, strand tasker og små køleskabe. Det indre af enheden er luksuriøst indrettet med alt man kunne forestille sig nødt til at nyde deres ferie. Enheden har tre store skærm flad Samsung Smart wifi tv, to ismaskiner og professionelle Viking 500 serie BBQ for at nævne nogle få funktioner.

Med over 1700 kvadratmeter luftkonditioneret rum og 500 kvadratmeter udendørs plads finder du denne ejendom for at opfylde alle dine behov. Det rummelige soveværelse åbner op til en stor terrasse med fantastisk udsigt over stranden og ud over det blå caribiske hav. Slap af i din kongeformede temperpedic seng med luksuriøse Hotel Collection 600 trådtæller sengetøj og blik ud over havet til den hollandske ø Saba i horisonten. Nyd fantastiske solnedgange fra den store strandside terrasse hvor du vil finde chaiselong stole og et udendørs spisebord til otte. Det andet soveværelse har sin egen lille terrasse med udsigt over poolområdet. Her finder du også en Temperpedic King size seng. Begge soveværelser har stort vægmonteret fladskærms-tv. Køkkenet er en kokens drøm, der kommer i opfyldelse. Alle apparater er professionelle serier Viking og Miele. $ 3500 Miele indbygget kaffesystem gør den perfekte cappuccino med et tryk på en knap, når du finder det muligt at trække dig ud af din komfortable seng om morgenen. Enheden er fuldt klimaanlæg (central air condition) men har fans hele vejen igennem. Andre faciliteter inkluderer på værelset hotel sikker, gas Weber stor serie BBQ grill, pulver værelse for gæster, Morton Brown of London badprodukter mv. Når du er på Aqualina 101, vil du finde det svært at rejse andre steder på øen.

The condo is large, well-maintained and beautifully appointed. It sits on the beach @ Simpson Bay with a deck that includes lounges and a hot tub.The unit has top of the line appliances and the most comfortable beds.What makes all of this work beautifully is property manager Pet. She provided the most helpful advice in addition to getting us on and off the island. Brava!

We loved the rental, exactly as described. Pet was an excellent resource and the location on the beach is just beautiful. Communication with owner was always prompt. Highly recommend!

Private retreat

We were the only ones staying in the whole unit the week we were there. It was very lovely and we enjoyed our time there. The sunsets were gorgeous and the accommodations very nice.

Amazing Place

We had an amazing stay at the beachfront condo. The property and views are incredible. Well stocked with everything you need. You can swim and snorkel right in front of the property. Walking distance to unlimited restaurants, bars, markets. We felt very safe in the area, loved Simpson Bay. The construction nearby was very minimal and didn’t even really notice it. Thank you, and we can’t wait to come back!!

We have been to Aqualina twice before...this third visit was the charm...great condo... “amazing” does not do it justice!! Views/location/convenience to restaurants/stores...love to fix relaxing meals and watch the sunset over Simpson Bay! Looking forward to a return visit!! Thanks to Ian and “Pet”

Amazing experience!

Can’t say enough about this location. The property is gorgeous! Everything you need is right there. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Sitting on the deck with the most beautiful views of the boats coming and going. The water in front of the condo was also the perfect spot to float in all day. The condo is very modern, very well stocked kitchen and towels for the beach. The closet spaces are all customized with shelving and drawers with plenty of room. Thanks you for allowing us to stay at your home. It was a perfect week in St Martin.

Million Dollar Views

My husband and I stayed two weeks at this idyllic property. The views of Simpson bay were stunning. We spent most of our time on the property. The deck was literally a few feet from the ocean and had two large sun umbrellas, a hot tub and dining area to accompany the amazing views. A beautiful quiet shaded pool was steps away from the unit. Ian has done a lot of upgrades on his place and it appeared to be the finest in the complex. Pet, the housekeeper was exceptional. She picked us up from the airport and took us to get groceries. She showed us restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The condo is well appointed with every amenity you could possibly need on vacation. Highly recommend this vacation rental! Overall good stay

There were a couple things. A/C in main unit never worked. We tried to schedule for someone to fix but we were not going to be home mid day on our vacation and wait for them to fix(seemed planned). Bedrooms A/C worked perfect. Jackuzzi was never cleaned and didn’t we had to let them know ahead of time to clean, so we never got to use it. Tv in bedrooms were easy to figure out but main room needed batteries in remote. Took us a while to figure out. Be courteous, turn off A/C when not there and use hurricane shutters. Those shutters are amazing. Water handle in master bath was broken but we were to manage. Great location. Overall good stay.

We're well traveled and this was the nicest condo we've ever stayed in - Viking cooking range, Miele coffee/espresso machine, etc. Bedrooms were roomy with good bedding. Bathrooms were modern and well equipped The pool was nice, access to the beach was good, and the views were great - we could see the cruise ships go across the horizon on their way to Phillipsburg. The problem was the noise. The unit next to ours was completely gutted and in process of rebuild. The noise from the electric drills, jack hammers, etc. was so loud that often we could not carry on a conversation in our unit. And that wasn't the worst noise. This is an end unit on the first floor. In the lot next to the property was a crane the was at least 4 stories high and was driving pilings into the bedrock. You could feel the vibrations in the unit and the noise was like cannon shots going off. BAM-BAM-BAM over and over. In summary it's a great property, but you shouldn't rent it until the 2 construction projects are complete

Lovely Get-Away

Gorgeous Condo with plenty of room! Views are spectacular and location is excellent - close to airport, snorkeling and access to main road for seeing other spots. The owners were very responsive and unit was clean. Pool was a nice change after being in the ocean all day. A few things to note - if you have issues with stairs getting down to beach could be a little tricky as the stairs don't have railings. We did have internet issues so if you count on working remotely just note that it is a third world country and it could be "island" time before you get internet access. All in all it was a very enjoyable vacation and would highly recommend this hidden gem.

Excellent

We had a wonderful week long stay at Aqualina 101. Everything was exactly as described. The decor was beautiful. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The views both inside and outside were magical at every time of day. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, airport. I would not stay anywhere else and we cannot wait to visit again next year. Many thanks to Pet for making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you again Ian and Megan for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful piece of paradise!

A home away from home

We have stayed several times in various units in Aqualina over the past ten years and unit 101 is our favorite. The hosts have outfitted the unit exceptionally well with everything most would find at home. Equally importantly is that the layout of the property and the entire utility of the space brings a homey feeling to anyone looking for a home away from home. We will definitely being staying again next year at this property which is clearly in high demand for good reason.

Couldn't be better!

This property is located in the perfect location. Lots of food choices and supermarkets that are accessible in walking distance. Beds are super comfortable, view is to die for and the property itself is extremely clean. Whenever I visit St. Maarten again I will stay at this property once it's available.

Fabulous property and view

We stayed at this beautiful property for 4 days prior to our cruise and it was perfect. The view is even better in person, and you have it in both the master and the living room. Communication with the owners was great, and they even accommodated a change in our stay when we had a delayed passport due to Covid. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, bed in the master is very comfortable and the bathrooms as well as all of the decor are lovely. The property is very close to great restaurants and the airport (although no airport noise at all to affect our stay), We loved our time here and would book again in a heartbeat on any future trip to Sint Maartin. Definitely recommend highly.

Absolutely spectacular

This was the best vacation ever!. The view from the front door was spectacular, better than the pictures. The villa was spacious for our family of 3 and beautifully decorated. Pet, the housekeeper, is so sweet. She did not mind waiting for us when our flight was delayed and we got lost finding the villa. She even came back to assist when we had a problem with bedroom lights (circuit had tripped). The villa was clean and equipped with every possible item for cooking, the perfect home away from home for our much needed week long vacation. Three steps off the patio and we were on the beach. We spent most of our time on the patio when not out exploring. Listening to waves every night was a bonus and walking the beach to Karakters is a must on Sundays! We are definitely looking forward to staying at the villa on our return visits. Booking this spectacular villa was worth every penny!! Thank you Ian and Pet
