Absolutely wonderful stay

We loved the condo. Perfect location and great amenities. Beautiful oceanview and the beach was great. No complaints here. Qe will be back.

Fun stay at the beach!

The property was just as described. Great location! Beach was beautiful and we were able to walk to many places nearby, including Pier Park.

A true blessing!

What a great get away. The apartment was fresh looking, convenient, quiet, and adequate tools to make meals. Laundry was helpful. Staff was friendly.

Beach stay

Please make sure you get the pre registration information before you get there or it’s a complete mess! I never received a text or email with it they did way the ten dollar late fee but it took us an extra 45mins to check in after it was all said and done. The host was excellent with communication process and the stay was exactly like the picture. Above all else the stay was great but the check in process should go a little more smoothly!

Returning Guest

Upon deciding we were headed to the beach for my husband and I’s Spring Break (we are teachers), I immediately started a VRBO search for properties for our stay. When this listing appeared I was delighted to see it as my cousin and I vacationed here 2 Springs ago at this very condo. I remember the condo having an amazing view, aesthetically pleasing decor and superb cleanliness. My husband and I booked the place and once again it met our expectations. The rental company, was easy to communicate with as we had issues with the dryer. The provided a dryer for us to access in our time there. We were delighted to close to all of our Panama City Beach favorites. We were sad to leave the condo this morning for we would miss it’s views and comfortability. We will be returning guests at condo 2503.

Beautiful place to stay

We had a great time. The room was very cute beach theme and clean, and updated well. Would have like some plastic dinnerware always afraid going to break. The balcony chairs were comfortable. I was not crazy about how high we would be but the view was that much more amazing, so glad I took the chance and went this high up. We seen dolphins, sting Ray, hammerhead shark, all from our room. We walked to pier and seen manatee, sea turtle and jelly fish. My only complaint was the elevators and that was everyone’s complaint with us all waiting in the heat and getting to close to squeeze in no matter what direction going cause not sure another would come. Resort really needs to fix all ones they have and figure out something to make quicker. Otherwise hotel is amazing with lots to offer. Movie theater and game room we did not try but cool touch. Restaurant dinner food was excellent but very high priced they got us cause of convenience. Breakfast not as good but not terrible. Overall definitely five stars.

Great view

The property was very clean and accurate to the pictures online. We had a great view from this condo on 25th floor. The parking garage was covered and had elevators to access a walk over to get to the check in desk. The only thing we didn’t like was the small amount of elevators in the actual building. The wait times were very bad to actually use them and they seemed to stop a lot and it took forever to get to our room or back down. It was so bad one day with a long line of people and carts with luggage we actually walked up 25 flights of stairs! Other than that the stay was great and I would recommend this property. You just have to have patients when it comes to the elevators. They have a beach chair rental booth and a jet sky rental booth right outside of the beach access of the condo with was nice. The trash room is directly across from the door of this condo so it made taking the trash out easy. Lots of shopping, fun activities, and night life places near by.

Nice place with issues

The condo itself is depicted in the pictures pretty well. It could have been cleaned a little better, but I understand that sand it pretty hard to get completely rid of. The biggest issue by far is the wait times on the elevators. The elevators themselves are not slow, it is just such a large building that when you go during peak time like we did the elevators are packed and it was not uncommon to wait 10-20 minutes for an elevator. Another issue is that the listing did not state what floor the unit was on. I should have asked, but if I would have known we were on the 25th floor I wouldn't have booked it. The view was amazing, but I was very scared to let my kids out on the balcony. Overall we still had a great time, but there were definitely some issues.

Beautiful view

The property overall was nice. The place we stayed was a little dated and run down looking. The bed in the master was very uncomfortable and I believe the box spring was broken. The balcony furniture was broken and still out on the balcony only 1-2 usable seats as the one looked like it was going to break the minute somebody sat in it. The place was not cleaned very well and the house keeper left wrappers on the floor a dirty bath mat and soap scum on the shower curtain liner in the master bathroom and the entertainment center in the living room was filthy. I wiped it down when we arrived just to see if it was dirty or how the piece of furniture was suppose to look and all the stuff came off on the wipe. The room is situated in a hallway where the master bedroom window faces the hall and there is a light on 24-7 so at night it was hard to sleep with the lights shining even with the blinds closed. The view of the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed having our morning coffee out there everyday. The elevator situation is very unorganized and not sure what the solution is but be prepared to spend half your time waiting for an elevator. I had been in contact with the management company about our issues and they noted our file but the chairs in the balcony were an issue in a review from June and they were still not replaced. I also mentioned the cleanliness of our room but did not want to wait for her to come clean it again so I just clean it up myself. But what is the cleaning fee for if I had to clean it myself. The management company was quick to reply which was nice.

Less than expected

The condo was well below average. The whole experience was poor at tidewater. The elevators were horrible. Wait time can be between 3 and 30 mins. This room was on the 25th floor. The whole family took the stairs twice because the elevators were MIA. The room is very worn. The patio furniture was all damaged and look to be damaged for some time now. The ac ran the whole time and the room never got cool. The refrigerator was hot and never got cool. We put lunch meat and drinks in the freezer to keep from spoiling. The dishwasher is loud like a fighter jet taking off. The baseboards are dirty and missing in some spots. Ceiling fans had 1/2” of dust and grime on them. All the furniture in the condo looks like something you would find at the goodwill. I would not recommend this room to anyone. I would stay away from tidewater resort because of the elevators. The elevators effect everyone. During our week stay we ran into no one that had anything positive to say about there stay and all stated this would be there last

Had beautiful views!!! That was the best I think! One of our patio chairs were broken and the elevators were the worst of all!! Had to wait up to 30-45 mins sometimes. Staff finally got on and just ran it with a key. Overall it was a good experience!

Great!!

We stayed here for our girl’s trip and we had the best time!! I love that it was right on the beach and even though we were on the 25th floor the elevators were not that bad! The longest we waited was when we were checking out! The only thing I will say is that they put out too many of their beach chairs and umbrellas…it takes up too much of the beach and we went down at 5:30 to pick our spot out and when we come back there were their beach chair and umbrellas on both sides of us and we were up closest to the water line. I think that people should not be aloud to move those big chairs and umbrellas they should have to stay in the back I mean that was just rude to move those chair up like that. But other than that no complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo for a week stay!

Our family stayed for a week and didn't have any complaints the view is amazing we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Only thing that needs to be addressed is the elevator issue the wait time to get on one to get to your floor is 30-45min at peak times. We would definitely stay again though!
