Welcome to Magnolia Breeze! Located in a wonderful neighborhood in Gulf Breeze Proper. This large, cozy, family home is the perfect getaway with all the family including your fur friend. The open floor plan invites the whole family to gather for a meal and get cozy in the living room for movie night after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen essentials perfect for preparing any meals. The dining table can seat 8 comfortably and there is a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with private access to the backyard. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink, a large, garden tub and walk in tiled shower. The guest rooms feature two twin beds and two queen beds. All guests room share a large bathroom with double vanity sink, large garden tub and walk in tiled shower. There is a large laundry room and full sized garage.
This beautiful home offers a fenced in back yard, private pool with kid safety fence, patio table and chairs, large fenced in back yard for the dogs and the kiddos, a family friendly neighborhood, nature trails, dog park and kids water & skate park. Bring your boat because this driveway has plenty of parking and the boat launch is right in the neighborhood. (0.8 miles)
**A max of two dogs both under 50lbs is allowed with $150 non-refundable fee per pet**

Great place to stay!

Super clean, friendly host, close to everything! We loved the house-great pool and super comfy beds! We were just minutes from Pensacola Beach-which is also a blast. It’s a centrally located home-we visited Pensacola, gulf breeze, Navarre and Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach during our stay.

Amazing place to stay. Great access to all the things Pensacola has to offer. The pool and backyard is setup to hang out with family as well as the living and dining room areas. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. 10 out of 10!

Perfect For Us

This was the perfect house for our multi-generational family gathering. With a master wing and a family wing, it worked out beautifully. The grandkids enjoyed the pool as well as the open space in the house. This home is equipped with so many extras! Totally exceeded our expectations. Sarah is a wonderful host who responds quickly to any & all questions or concerns.

Relaxing Beach Home

The property was incredible. The interior, pool, and backyard allowed my friends and I plenty of room to kick back and enjoy a few days in Gulf Breeze. Sarah was very considerate and responded to all my concerns with haste. She was very easy to reach out to. I would highly recommend staying here, and I plan on coming back.

Great Place

We had a wonderful time! The location is convenient. The evening walks around the neighborhood were fantastic and safe. We had a dance competition at The Bay Center and it was so easy to travel back and forth over the bridge. The beach is easy too-just over a different bridge and you are there. It was such a nice olace -talk about stocked kitchen with everything we would need. Just so wonderful and Sarah is so helpful and kind.

Mom’s 100 Years Birthday Celebration

Thank you Sarah, this home and location was wonderful and perfect for Mom’s 100th Birthday Celebration, Gulf Breeze United Methodists Church. Family members were able to stop by during our stay for visits and a swim in the pool. This home is beautifully decorated and so comforting. A great VRBO find. A beautiful quiet neighborhood. Absolutely Beautiful

We had the best time in this beautiful home. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook some great Fresh caught red snapper. The location is perfect, you get all the excitement within minutes and then get this peaceful place all to yourself! My kids loved the pool! The house was very clean, provided everything we needed, and Sarah the host was very nice and attentive! She provided a shortcut through traffic to see the Blue Angels air show which was amazing to watch on the beautiful beach! Overall 10/10!

Wonderful

The best place we’ve ever stayed. Just everything was provided. Super Clean. My son does the cooking, and had all the pans, pot, and utensils to turn out great meals. Beds were comfy, and lots of towel in the bathroom. Grandson enjoyed the kid’s book in his bedroom. The pool was great, we pretty much lived in it. Comfy couches and chairs in living room, made for a nice place to wind down for the evening with a movie.

Great place to stay

The home is very spacious and easily accommodated 7 of us. Sarah is very attentive to the property. While we were there a tornado passed within a few miles of the house and severely several homes at the beach. This property, luckily, did not suffer damage but the pool had a lot of debris. When I notified Sarah she came right over and started cleaning the pool. You can't ask for a better host. Thanks again Sarah!!!

Beach Fun 2023

The property was beautiful. The perfect location, just a few minutes from the beach, close to many restaurants and attractions. The yard was great for family time in the evnings and our Pups had freedom with the fenced in yard. The pool was dirty when we arrived but, thats expected with trees above. The owner went above and beyond to be sure it was cleaned immediately. Very spacious open layout in the dining and living area for more family time. Check in and Check out was painless, and we loved having the garage to easily load up for a day at the beach. I would recommend if you are looking for something close to the Beach but not on the Beach.

Family Vacation

We booked originally for 7 nights and ended up adding nights to the beginning and end our stay. Sarah was an amazing host! Very accommodating, fast response time and checked in during our stay. The house is one of the best stocked homes we have stayed in. Super clean! Dog bowls provided! The kitchen, bathrooms, extra towels galore! Beach chairs and extra beach towels! It’s a great location to Pensacola Beach and downtown Pensacola. The neighborhood is great and there’s a woodworking guy that lives next door- we bought three of his unique custom birdhouses. We also had a friendly boxwood turtle visit us in the front yard. Highly recommend for couples or families with dogs and little ones. Had a great time!

Great!

This is a very nice, clean house with everything that we needed. We were here for a conference, so we’re in and out a lot. The area was safe and close yo the Bay Center. Close to a Walmart and also to other places to eat. Communication with the property manager was easy and she responded very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

LOVED the house and location

The kids loved the pool. The house has a very open floor plan, which was perfect for our family. Very centrally located to everything and easy to find. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful open spaced home

This home is just as spacious and open as the pictures show. Four large bedrooms and two bathrooms that both look like master baths. There is an enormous amount of space inside the house as well as outside. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook. The patio area has a grill, outdoor seating and plenty of shade and/or sun all throughout the day as there is a canopy of trees in the back yard. The pool has excellent depth where you can actually swim or just sit in the shallow end and relax. We were able to get anything we wanted delivered (Doordash, groceries) in this location as well. Shoreline Park is an awesome little free entrance park with a beach, covered picnic tables and a dog park about 1 mile away. On top of that, WalMart, Publix and a ton of other shopping is just a mile or two away the other direction. We spent a lot of time on Pensecola Beach and it’s so close to the house, you can be back-and-forth in minutes. Exceptional home with an absolutely perfect location. We will definitely be renting again😊
