Property is great. We love Tops’l ( The Tides building ) but this unit is dated and needing repairs / upkeep. Kitchen cabinet broken, mold and rust in master shower and bathrooms. Not sure when it was occupied or cleaned last. Dead bird on the patio furniture had been there a while. No curtain in livingroom ( I didn’t notice this in photos prior to booking ) was a little odd. People seeing in at night made us little uncomfortable. Host was prompt to reply via app during booking and prior to check in answered questions we had.

Super convenient for a beach getaway

Super nice view of the ocean, easy access to the pool and beach, nice restaurants and shopping near by, over all one of the best affordable family places to rent.

Perfect location

Location was beyond perfect! So easy-great views of the pool and the beach. So easy to get in and out of Tops’l, grocery store close, so many restaurants close!

The best vacation!

The condo was everything we needed and more! The property was clean, beautiful pools, and we loved having a snack bar right by the pool! The condo was beautiful with views I wish I could wake up to everyday!

Great Stay

The condo was very nice, exactly how it looked in the pictures. The view was amazing, the balcony overlooks the pools and is very close to the beach it makes you feel like you’re sitting at the pool. Would highly recommend this property and will most likely book again in the future

Beautiful Views

Our family enjoyed this lovely 2nd floor condo’s beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The beds were comfortable. Quick access to the beach and amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawbacks: couch has dirty upholstery, cooking pans need replacing, coffee filters should be standard.

Much Needed Vacay

We’re familiar with this area, so the location is always great. Only a couple of negatives, a couple of beach chairs would have been great and living room had no drapes.

Great location. Nice pools. Living room furniture worn and not very clean.

Perfect location and wonderful amenities

This condo served us perfectly. The location is excellent overlooking the pool and ocean. The master bathroom could use some updating but it was definitely clean. Walking distance to a couple restaurants on the beach. No check in process which made things so easy! Our family will remember this fantastic trip!

Lovely Property, As Always

I've stayed on the premises multiple times and it was great as always. My only reason for not rating 5 stars is that the WiFi password did not work and I received no response on my multiple inquiries to the host regarding it.

Good condo, great location!

We loved our vacation at this condo. The location on the 2nd floor was great, we didn’t have to wait for the elevator every day. I wouldn’t recommend this condo for anyone with smaller children as there is no kid friendly kitchenware: plastic plates, bowls, cups, etc. Overall great space! The resort is incredible and the beaches are gorgeous!

Open space living room

My favorite part of this unit was it’s open space living room/ dining area. The sofa and chaise lounge were so comfy the kids slept on it every night. Great location and views. We have no problems at all! I would definitely recommend staying in this unit.

Tops’l 203

Loved this property and everything there. Owners pool access, grill/bar, used stairs instead of elevator except check in/out. Great balcony. Miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball all right there. Beach access was stairs and a walkway, so my 86 year old Mama loved the walkway to get to that beach. We will be back.
