The location was wonderful, lots of stores and restaurants within walking. The beach just a few blocks away. The only negative was that there were appliances that didn’t work. The dishwasher, clock radio and the toaster. The toaster worked if you could get the bread out. Needs to be replaced. Also the bathrooms were not cleaned very well, especially the showers. We enjoyed V399 and would come back again.

The host didn’t speak any English at all, which was a little bit difficult with check-in. The suite was very nice very well equipped. But it was very noisy. Lots of noise from other suites and from outside this is the first time that we’ve experienced this level of noise in a condo in Puerto Vallarta.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location to stay in the Romantic Zone. No hills to climb, steps away from plenty of the best restaurants and night life. The condo has all your needs and the roof top amenities are top notch. Robert

Nice Overall - Just a few “wow” factor misses

Check-In: Was pretty easy. Condomex (who rents this property) was nice and reached out early before our arrival. But the front desk was disinterested in helping us locate a bathroom while we waited for the condo to be ready, since they didn’t service that condo (I’m assuming). Kind of irritating when you’re being really nice, waiting patiently and just needed to use the restroom. Condo: Pros: 1. Was nice, look wise. Plenty of towels, basic kitchen things, comfortable couch & great location. AC was great too. Cons: 2. Wish we had some amenities you’d expect to have - bath soap, sunscreen, etc. Not a HUGE deal, but we didn’t pack those things, since it’s been provided in places we’ve stayed in PV before. So we had to go buy it. 3. Being on 1st floor, which I admit I didn’t realize even from the unit #, had extra security bars on door & patio. Great for security, but not very inviting for sitting outside and you basically have to lock yourself in, which felt a little dangerous if we had needed to get out quickly. 4. The remote was damaged - it worked, but had to squeeze it together. TV doesn’t matter to everyone on vacation, but was for my fiancé. I think they had a rowdy group stay before us. 4. There were signs about the shower caps needing to stay on the drain until using the shower, but we missed them the 1st time we turned the shower on (on us, but wish we had just been reminded of it). Overall, the location was the better part of it and our contacts were really nice guys. So not on them at all. Just missing a few extras that gave it the “wow” factor and a place we definitely would come back to vs a place we might consider.

Amazing Location

Wow this building is in the middle of Zona Romantica just steps from shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Lost 1 star because the rooftop amenities were not functional. Pool was emptied and hot tub heater was broken so we couldn't enjoy the rooftop.

Perfecto

Property manager and owner were friendly and easy to reach. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Property was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect! Hope to stay again and would recommend to our friends. Thank You to all for a wonderful stay in PV!

Nice condo

Condo had everything needed to enjoy a vacation. Pool only partially full due to leak. Hot tub under construction our whole stay. Great location to beach ,stores and restaurants.

Excellent Stay at V399 Condominiums

I can truly recommend this accommodation. The condo is attractively and comfortably furnished and has all the mod cons. needed for a luxury stay, including a well-appointed kitchen, constant hot water, air conditioning, and fast wi-fi. Linens are good quality, the bed is super comfortable and a good night's sleep is assured because the condo is soundproofed. It is ideally located in the Romantic Zone, close to restaurants, shopping, and other activities. As a guest, I received five-star customer service from Carlos, a representative from the rental company who was there to help with any and all requests, like a private concierge. Top marks for making my two-week stay comfortable and easy.

Home Away From Home

My partner and I loved our stay at Casa Lili. The bedding was comfortable, and the entire home was lovingly furnished and clean. Fully functional kitchen and laundry in the unit - hosts made sure some of the cleaning essentials were available. Beautiful rooftop pool, though when we stayed the condo was beginning renovations to the rooftop - no problem, didn’t phase us. Great central location to everything in Zona Romántica - all the bars and restaurants, and the beach is short walk away. We felt at home, lived like locals, and when we left it felt like we left our home. Would stay at Casa Lili again in a heartbeat!

Wow this is the perfect place!

The building, unit, rooftop pool and management service are as fantastic as the location. I had the perfect 2 week stay including working during the day using the super strong WiFi. Highly recommend this place!
