Casa Tortuga @ Selva Romantica

Located only two streets above Olas Altas in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town, or Zona Romantica, this charming studio is less than a five-minute walk to the famous Playa Los Muertos, dozens of delicious restaurants, and interesting shops and galleries. The Selva Romantica condominium complex is known for its lush gardens and traditional Mexican style. If you're looking for a taste of old Mexico with modern amenities, this bungalow is for you.

Selva Romantica (Romantic Jungle) is an exclusive gated community with vibrant gardens, a large infinity pool, hot tub, gym, palapa, all with sweeping views of the city and the Bay of Banderas. The studio itself is complete with a mountain and city view.

The kitchen features colorful Talavera tiles, rich wood cabinetry, teak wood dining room table and chairs, a purified water system, and a small terrace. This condo combines a traditional Mexican flavor with modern conveniences and a contemporary interior design. The high ceilings and open floor plan make this condo feel larger than it is.

Two can sleep comfortably atop the King-sized bed and one more on the sofa in the living area. A flat-screen TV is on display with access to Netflix and other Smart TV apps. The full bathroom features stained glass accents and a glass-encased shower stall.

There is a washer and dryer on-site but not in the unit.

NOTE: This unit does not have an elevator. There are multiple entrances to the building, the easiest requires walking up 10 steps to get to the property.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the common areas.

Other things to note
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 21 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
