Casa Andreina B: Et charmerende fritliggende hus beliggende på højkysten mod havet.

Hello Michael, and thank you very much for your feedback, which is greatly appreciated! Indeed, your description of the property is exact, and, also, it matches our online description! I can not comment on the HomeAway filter feature, however, from the pictures and the write up it should be apparent that unit has one room, which serves as a living room and bedroom, bathroom and a separate kitchen (maybe this is one HomeAway doesn't consider it to be a studio?). Please note that there is indeed a mention of the steps, we counted 95, that need to be climbed to reach the home. For us it is very important that all guests be able to navigate them, and so I thank you for highlighting this to the benefit of prospective guests! The apartment is furnished as shown in the pictures, however the outdoor table and chairs are lightweight and easy enough to move inside if the weather is not conducive to outdoor use. I know that the weather was awful during your visit, and so I can imagine how you could not fully enjoy the water-front location. In warmer weather, without rain, I am sure your reviews would have been a glowing one, although I understand that the outcome was overall positive. Thank you!
