The two bedroom, two bathroom Beach Cottage is spacious, tastefully-appointed, and fully-equipped to ensure a wonderful vacation.

Steps from Paradise: The beach is your backyard! Follow a wooded path just 100 yards to a private sandy upper beach area with stunning views of Great Peconic Bay. Relax on Adirondack chairs or take the short steps down to your own secluded beach haven. We provide beach equipment to maximize your fun: two kayaks, two paddleboards, life jackets, chairs, umbrella, toys, and more!

Relaxation Inside and Out: Upon entering the Beach Cottage you'll find a freshly renovated kitchen with new cabinetry, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A full bathroom with a large shower is conveniently located just off the Kitchen.

The Heart of the Home: The Great Room *wows* with its cathedral ceilings and timeless furnishings. Unwind in the cozy seating area with a decorative fireplace, or gather around the formal dining table.

Main Level Comfort: The air-conditioned Primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. Access the Primary bedroom through a comfortable air-conditioned TV room with a Samsung Smart TV offering cable and streaming services – perfect for quiet afternoons.

Upstairs Fun: The large upstairs dormer bedroom boasts a queen bed and a twin trundle bed, ideal for families or groups of friends. This room also has air conditioning/heating and blackout blinds for a restful stay.

Tranquil Screened Porch: Escape to the screened-in porch, a private haven with comfortable seating and an outdoor breakfast table. Enjoy a good book, a nap, or your morning coffee surrounded by the sounds of nature!

PLEASE NOTE:

We require a signed rental agreement and valid identification card on file, along with a credit card for a $500 refundable security deposit.

There is parking for up to 3 vehicles at the house.

We value peace and quiet and discourage parties and loud music. We do not allow large events or weddings at the house.

We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 26 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

There is NO smoking permitted in the cottage.

Rentals are from April 15th thru October 31st as the Cottage is not winterized.

Your host Meredith is available 24/7 for questions by text/phone and should a problem arise our local property manager lives less than one mile away and can be there on short notice! We look forward to hosting you!
