We had a wonderful weekend with our grown children and this lovely house worked out perfect! We cooked in one evening and the kitchen was wonderful. Otherwise, it was close to everything and a wonderful base for our NOFO weekend! Thank you!!

The house was extremely clean, nicely furnished, had everything we needed. Host was easy to get in touch with. Loved being so close to the beach. Great location, near wineries and restaurants. Definitely would come back again.

Lovely, large well equipped home. Three minutes walk to lovely Beach on the Peconic Bay. Close to market in case you forget anything.

I would highly recommend this home. It was so beautiful inside and out. And very well stocked with everything you need.The hosts were so accommodating and easy to reach it made the trip that much nicer. Can't wait to stay there again.

We had a really great time staying at this house with 4 adults and 2 kids. The house is great and there are actually more gear and toys than described. The walk to the private community beach is very easy and they provide a cart for hauling all the great beach gear. Everything inside was pretty new and very organized. It was easy to find what we needed. The kitchen had all the basics needed to cook and grill all week.

What a beautiful place! And just steps away from the beach ! The open kitchen, dining, and living room areas were large and light filled, a fantastic space for 4 friends to be together and catch up. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Our host was responsive and so easy to work with. I highly recommend!!

The home was everything we had hoped for. It was clean, organized and very accessible to the beach. It was also a short walking distance to restaurants, marketing and a drug store. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms easily slept 6 and were lovely as was the rest of the house. The host wasVery accessible for all of our questions. We had a nice winter week at this pretty house with large windows overlooking the woods (one morning enjoyed a big flock of turkeys passing by). Nice bathtub in the master and an easy-to-use sound system. It's a short walk to the beach.

My Family had the best time this weekend staying at your Beautiful Home! There was so much room for all of us! The kitchen was amazing! We barbecued one night and my grandson loved the kid playset and toys! He also loved all the inside toys too! We will definitely stay again! Everything was so clean and the beds were so comfortable! We loved walking to the beach everyday!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious, with new and modern appliances and well-stocked kitchen. It has easy access to the beach and playground. Our 4 year old loved running around the backyard and playing with the many toys in the downstairs playroom. We adults got a kick out of the multiroom Sonos, auto blinds, and temperature sensors. The hosts, Alexa and her husband, were also incredibly attentive. They responded quickly to questions and even came over when we had a minor issue. Highly recommend it and hope we can stay again.

We had a great stay at Alexa’s Mattituck property and would absolutely come back. The home’s layout is one of its strongest features; an open, airy design that makes it easy to relax and spend time together. The industrial farmhouse aesthetic is very well done, giving the space a modern, but comfortable & cozy feel.The bedrooms were especially well thought out, with blackout shades that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. We also really appreciated the Sonos system, which added a nice touch throughout the house.Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You’re just minutes from the water, close to Love Lane, and a short drive to some of the best wineries in Mattituck, Southold, and Jamesport. Overall, a fantastic spot for a North Fork getaway.

Have been coming to the North Fork for years and this is one of our favorite rentals to date! Especially good for small kids- you can walk to calm peconic beaches in minutes, Magic Fountain is down the street, and the kids room has blackout shades. It was so helpful to have good quality beach supplies- wagon, chairs & umbrellas- so that we didn’t have to haul that stuff from home. The yard is fenced in and great for hanging out and grilling. We had a week of crazy weather- extreme heat wave followed by a violent wind/rain storm that shook the neighborhood, but even with that we’d give this vacation an A due to the great house and host, Alexa, who was very easy to reach when needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could have needed. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and the outdoor shower was a favorite feature - perfect after a day at the beach.One of the best parts of this property is its location. The beach is just a short stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the water whenever we wanted. It’s also ideally situated near many of the North Fork’s renowned wineries, farm stands, restaurants, and local attractions, allowing us to experience the best of the area with minimal driving.The house itself was comfortable, inviting, and thoughtfully appointed, with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home.The owner is such a gracious host and provides such a beautiful place to stay. We made wonderful memories and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Mattituck and the North Fork!
