The host was wonderful with communication pre-stay and checking in with us on arrival evening to make sure everything was good. The home was as described and it was stocked (dishes, pots/pans, towels, etc) better than most rentals prior. Loved our stay! Thank you

Easy access to the beach with the convenience of a private pool makes this an ideal home for a large group. The home is well laid out with the attention to detail to suit all your needs. Great Property, Great Host

We had a great stay! The property was well described in the listing, and Lori was terrific host who went above and beyond. The proximity to the beach was terrific, esp as we had a couple of toddlers so getting to/from the beach always comes with a bit of an extra challenge. Would 100% book a stay here again!

A really great family vacation.

Great experience

Our stay was fantastic. The house and pool are very clean. The beach is super accessible. We had travel issues within our group and Lori was able to extend our stay by a day without any trouble. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Great Location and Amenities

We’ve stayed at a few different properties at Hilton Head and this was by far the most well-stocked for a fun week of relaxation and beach/pool play. The beds were comfy and house very clean. We will return, for sure!

Perfect Place

A great place for a large family. Loved all the amenities. Great communication and letting us know thei ns and outs. This was our first to Hilton Head and it definitely ranks to be a favorite.

Perfect couple of weeks with family

Enjoyed a great 2 weeks with our adult children - 7 of us in total. There was plenty of space to be together and for everyone to have private space as well. The pool area was perfect and the beach is so close, too. Lori was so helpful and responsive. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

December getaway

We are frequent visitors to Hilton Head and this is one of the best rental properties on the island! The house is very clean and we enjoyed using the heated pool even though it was December. The beach is only a couple minutes away by foot. I would definitely book this property again, and the host is extremely responsive and friendly. Five stars for sure!

3rd row from ocean. Easy 2 minute walk. Beautiful pool. House has plenty of space to spread out. Large kitchen with all the necessities for the week. Owner is very accessible and attentive. Great trip!

Such a great house to celebrate with family

We had an awesome stay at Lori's house. It was just perfect and had 5 bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again. The beach is SO close and easy to get to. I've never done Hilton Head that way before and boy, was it luxurious! This house is perfectly located and quiet - the kitchen had literally everything you can think of. We made an entire Thanksgiving dinner and missed nothing at all. Beautiful!!! I hope we get to go back someday.

Excellent Sea Pines property

We visited April 2020. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The property has a great location in Sea Pines - being very close to the beach (less than a 1 minute walk) and close to South Beach and all it has to offer. The property is new to VRBO and it is obvious that the owners have taken a lot of care to make it a nice rental. The updated décor and new appliances made the home feel very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We would definitely consider renting there again and wish we could have stayed longer.

Best house in sea pines near beach

This house is spectacular! The pool Is large, the rooms are large, you have everything you need at this house and more. It’s steps away from the beach where we saw dolphins every morning! You can ride your bike to the.spurt beach along the trails and ride back all along the beach as you watch the sun go down. You are able to ride up to harbor town and see the lighthouse and on another day we rode to Coligny park-all are available due to the location on this house. We made use of the heated pool )which has very cool party lights) and the amenities such as beach towels, chairs, pool toys, etc. make sure to have your bikes delivered directly to house to make it easy. Owners were fabulous with communication and the entire house was clean and ready for us to start our vacation. We will definitely be back!

This property was amazing! My wife and I stayed with our 5 teenagers and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked and the pool was great. Even though we never met the host, we felt her hospitality throughout the experience. We would definitely rebook here.

Perfect Week

This was our first vacation as a family with two new granddaughters and the set up was perfect. Lots of comfy seating. Pretty much everything you need is provided. 200 yards to the beach. Quick bike ride to Harbor Town and South Beach. Pool is shaded late day which is great. Host was extremely available as was her local contact. We will be back.

Wonderful house!

Very comfortable house for 7 adult family members. Everything we could need for cooking was in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Large screenTV in living room with comfortable seating for all. Enjoyed it immensely and hope to return.

Great Experience

Hudson South is one of the best homes that we have stayed at. First of all Lori had amazing communication and went above and beyond for us. The house has everything you need and it steps from the beach. We had children from 4-17 and they all had a great time. The children loved playing in the pool. We will hopefully be back soon!

I've been dreaming of owning a place in Hilton Head FOREVER! Well maybe not forever, but since I first visited somewhere around 1990. Sea Pines is beautiful, and our family of 5 has made many happy memories here. One of our favorite things to do (other than hang at the beach) is ride our bikes along the many miles of beautiful pathways in Sea Pines and down to South Beach or up to Coligny Plaza for Ice Cream or a snack. I am a born and bred New Yorker, but hoping to become a Southerner sometime in the future. I love to read, music is in my soul and healthy eating and exercise has become a part of my life, with cheese being my number one weakness.

The beach, the beach, the beach! We never imagined being this close to the beach until this house popped up on the market and in Dec. 2019, it became ours! We loved the amount of light coming into the house, the spaciousness. the privacy, the size of the pool so close to the beach. It's a great house for vacationing with friends or family and we envision many years of enjoying it for ourselves as well as sharing it with our guests.
