I en fantastisk Blue Mountain Beach er Coconut Cottage et smukt hus til din meget nødvendige familieferie langs Emerald Coast. Fællesskabspoolen, boblebadet og andre faciliteter får dig til at føle, at du er på en udvej. Med 4 senge og 3 badeværelser sover dette vidunderlige hjem 12 og har stor plads til at slappe af og nyde NW FL. Verandaen er et perfekt sted at nyde morgenmaden og planlægge dagen, hvor den bageste gårdhave er et godt sted at samle rundt for at nyde frokosten lige fra gasgrillen. I et samfund, der ligger lige på N-siden af 30A, kan du nyde de bedste cykelstier, butikker og restauranter på den vestlige ende af 30A. Det betyder ikke noget, hvis du cykler eller kører til stranden, du fortjener et hurtigt stop i den frosne vaniljesaus på vej hjem!

Huset har en fantastisk indretning til både voksne privatliv såvel som steder for børn at bo og lege. Beautiful home/ poor communication
There was a big lightning storm the second day we were there. That day the internet went out. The property manager from across the street was there that day to look at the house across the street. I called our property manager. No one ever came out. I called or texted everyday…neither the tv nor the thermostat was functioning. At night the house was getting down to 63 degrees, we had it set fr 78. Finally on our second to last day, someone came out to check on it, and that was only because the fire alarms were all Going off. The house was spacious and beautiful, but the customer service was terrible!

Fabulous home and perfect location
Came down for the 30A Singer Songwriter Festival and loved staying at Coconut Cottage. We were able to walk to the venue to hear some amazing talent. Couple that with delicious restaurants and coffee less than a ten minute walk—it was great! Loved hanging in the hot tub and walking the beach. Beautifully appointed house with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend get away! We Will be back again.

Great House
Stayed at Coconut Cottage for 6 weeks and it was a very good choice. We have stayed in Nature Walk and Water Sound in the past, but found the area to be more crowded than we like. Coconut Cottage is in Highland Park near Blue Mountain where it's more relaxed. The house was overall clean, pretty well supplied with the essentials and the neighbors were mostly quiet. Communication with Paradise Properties was very good as was the service people we interacted with. They all get very high marks and we would certainly use them again for future rentals needs. We are so glad to hear you had a great time and had all you needed for a perfect beach vacation! Cozy Stay in a Nice Community
We really love this neighborhood and the Coconut Cottage. We stayed in this house multiple years because it has all of the amenities we need for a stress free stay. This is a great home for families with babies/toddlers (we appreciate the pack n play and booster/high chairs provided). The pool area is fabulous! Plenty of shallow areas for little ones, extra shade from the rock island, and lots of deeper areas for those looking for that. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and has the perfect vibe for 30A. We feel at home here!

Coconut Cottage was such a beautiful, clean home! The location is great - so close to the pool amenities as well as beaches, restaurants, shopping, biking bath, etc. The home itself had everything we needed and was a comfortable, fun place for our family to stay. We hope to go back again!

Fabulous!!
House had everything you could possibly need along with the comforts of your own home. Beach, stores, and restaurants were all in walking distance. Would love to come back in the summer months when the weather is a little warmer

Can't Wait to Go Back
I loved Coconut Cottage so much that I've already booked our next vacation there! The house is so clean, and had everything we needed. And there is so much to do around the area! The hot tub was so lovely at night, and the walk to the beach in the morning was refreshing. Looking forward to going back!

Immaculate Beach House
This beach house is new, spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. With wide open floor plan for kitchen and living room, spacious bedrooms and three baths you never feel crowded. The screened in porch off the back provided both privacy and comfort while enjoying my morning coffee. Keurig and coffee pot ready to use. The bedrooms are spacious and decorated well, with comfortable beds. Although there are blinds in the windows, you may want to bring an eye mask if you need darkness for sleeping in each morning. Although it seems the beach houses are close to one another, you really do have privacy and space, and don't even realize you have neighbors. The short walk (like 30-40 feet) to the gorgeous, large pool and hot tub and fire pit area is well worth it. Everything is clean and new. When you walk out of the community, you have access to a wide path along 30A for biking, walking or jogging. Beach access is not far. You could walk, drive, or ride bikes to the beach. I have been to many beaches, but I dare say none as gorgeous as this beach. The sand is the softest white sand I've ever encountered. Water is so clear, and shallow for quite a distance out - perfect for children or for just sitting in the water. There are some local restaurants in walking distance, and more just a short drive along 30A. This is a perfect beach house, located in a quaint beach town along Florida's panhandle. I plan to return to Coconut Cottage, and highly recommend it to others.

Mother's & Daughters Weekend
We had an amazing time!! This was my second time staying at this property and in never disappoints! Always super clean, and spacious!! Close to the pool (resort style, absolutely beautiful) and the property is conveniently located between two beach access, and super close to all the local restaurants! Highly recommend!!! We will definitely be returning 😊

The only thing I would say that would have been better was the floor wasn't very clean. I spilled some water the first day we were there and the rag I used was blackish after wiping up the water. Also, having a broom handy for minor spillls and general daily clean up!

Great Place
Coconut Cottage is an amazing place. House was very clean upon arrival, is professionally decorated and large enough to accommodate two families with kids. The pool is only 4 houses away and has great amenities including gas grills, firepit, hot tub, observation deck and a big screen TV to watch your favorite sports. The beach, restaurants and shops are nearby as well. I would highly recommend Coconut Cottage and look forward to returning.

December Fun
We stayed at the Coconut Cottage for a friends' get away. The place was fantastic. Large kitchen with ample counter space shared with a huge living area. There was only 4 of us but could have easily accommodated three times that amount. Nice back porch for relaxing with coffee in the morning. Three spacious bedrooms with a fourth "kids' bedroom equipped with bunkbeds. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean and well kept. Close to beautiful beach and the bike path was right across from the entrance. Pool and hot tub less than a minute walk and shops and restaurants very close by. The place is great for large or small gatherings. Would go back in an instant.

Coconut Cottage Visit - Outstanding!
Truly a wonderful place. Proximity to the beach is very good, cleanliness is exceptional. Amenities really round out the attractiveness (pool, hot tub) making this a perfect place for families. Top quality restaurants very close and easy to get to. At Coconut Cottage one better come to totally relax and enjoy life. I'll go back as often as possible. The perfect vacation location.

Excellent, would highly recommend
Visited for a girls trip and had an AMAZING time. The house was Beautiful!!! High ceilings and super spacious, especially the kitchen. The rooms are big, and had plenty of drawers and closet space. The community pool area has a great pool, fire pit , and hot tub. Felt like we were at a resort. And the house being so close to the pool was super convenient!! Overall a GREAT experience !! And the location is great! Close to multiple beach accesses. I would highly recommend this house and I will be booking this house again in the near future!

Amazing Trip
This was our family's first trip to Blue Mountain and to this property and we will definitely be back. The property appears to be new and everything was clean and worked great. The unit was nicely decorated and perfectly located. The beach, restaurants and shops are all located just a short walk away or if you want to there are several places that rent golf carts. The pool is only a few houses up and it is really nice. It has several grills and a big TV for college football. We cant wait to come back.

Amazing Beach House
We loved our stay at Coconut Cottage! The house is beautiful. Everything was wonderful from the layout of the house to the home decor. There was plenty of space for our large family. We also loved the community pool! It was very nice and you felt like you were at a resort. The fire pit at night was fun and relaxing after spending a day at the beach. Our kids enjoyed riding their bikes on all the bike baths in the community. We walked to the beach a few times in the evening. However, when we needed to haul our beach gear we drove our vehicle. I think next time I am going to look into a golf cart rental! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back!

Felt like Staying at the Spa
We visited your Santa Rosa beach home in late November and had a great time in spite of the rainy weather. We were 4 adults and 2 children. Games and movies in the great room, books, wine and hanging out on the screen room and porch, and frequent trips to the nearby pool and hot tub, what's not to love? The proximity to great restaurants and the Seaside shops was also a plus. We can't wait to visit this summer and get some beach time!

Amazing House
This is a beautiful home with lots of room for friends and family. Incredible Master, 2 porches and everything you could want or need in a kitchen. The house was very clean and inviting... nice decor throughout. The best part is it's only 5 houses away from the most incredible pool I've ever seen! Great location, good shopping and very close to all the wonderful beaches along 30-A. Can't wait to go back again

Lovely house
Coconut Cottage was just as lovely in person as in the photos. Clean and spacious house. Loved the kitchen. The house worked well for 6 adults and 4 kids. The kids room was perfect, they loved the bunk beds. It is just about a mile from the beach. Really convenient and we never had an issue with finding parking close to the Blue Mountain Beach Public Access. Lots of options for getting to beach - rent a golf cart or bike, walk, or drive and park close to access lot. Beautiful neighborhood with a really nice pool area. The kids loved it! Management was very responsive to all questions and requests while we were there, really impressed with the high level of service they provided us. We had an amazing week at the beautiful beach!
