The new owners of this unit have been putting so much attention to detail in the updates throughout since they took ownership in the Spring of 2022. Internet can sometimes be spotty here in 30A unfortunately. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with your Vacayzen credit. We will make sure to address this concern. We try to make our pictures of the furniture as accurate as possible online. There is information on connecting to wifi in your arrival information. Thanks for staying with us at this condo Anne. We also thank you for your positive cleaning remarks. Please note that all door codes are scheduled to start working at 4pm athat is the check-in time. If you should try the code prior to that; it would not work. We do apologize for the 15 minutes wait period; as once the unit is ready we would remotely let you in. We will make the necessary checks to ensure this does not happen for future stays. In regards to the pool and beach codes; please note that these are provided by the HOA of the complex and not Benchmark and they do change monthly to ensure safety. Thanks also for highlighting the foul smell; we will have our team make their checks to ensure that this will not be present for future stays.
