Denne dejlige tre soveværelse og to bad placeret på anden sal er smagfuldt indrettet med en sofistikeret og tropisk charme med en konge seng i skibsføreren, en dronning gæsteværelse og et tredje soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge. Master- og gæstebadeværelserne er for nylig blevet renoveret med smukke flisebelagte walk-in brusere. Det åbne køkken er varmt og indbydende med nye skabe og bordplader og er fuldt udstyret til alle dine måltider til at forberede behov.

Nyd din morgenkaffe, mens du nyder solen på balkonen med udsigt over poolen. Beachwood Villas er et familievenligt kompleks med tennisbaner, to puljer (1 opvarmet, afhængig af datoer og temperatur), shuffleboard og en legeplads for børnene. Bekvemt beliggende på tværs af gaden fra en offentlig adgang til stranden, er du kun et hop, springe over og hoppe væk fra sjov i solen!

Vil du komme ud og udforske? Lej en cykel og nyd den 20 miles lange cykelsti langs Scenic Highway 30A. Seaside er cirka 1 km vest og Grayton Beach lidt længere vest, eller hvis du føler dig mere ambitiøs, skal du tage øst øst ca. 7 miles til Alys Beach eller Rosemary Beach.

Great Beach Vacay Spot

Santa Rosa beach

The stay was nice and convenient with only 2 minutes to the beach. The furniture in the accommodation was outdated and the master headboard is not connected to the frame. The unit was very clean. The electronics could use an update as well. Problem with the internet. The service personnel was very attentive and fixed in less than an hour.

It was difficult to cook in the kitchen with the pans we were provided. Even just a non-stick skillet would go a long way:)

Another great Beachwood Villas condo

The condo was well supplied, clean, and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed having the spot to come back to rest after our mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pools. Beachwood Villas continues to be our spot of choice during our summer visits.

Condiments and Other Kitchen Items

I appreciate the layout of the place and the location. Overall, it suited our needs just fine! Our check-in process was stressful because the person forgot to add an extra night to our reservation and the code didn't work! I am grateful we were not charged for that night because it was definitely a mistake!!! In terms of the kitchen, I like to rent places with kitchens to cook and save money. I was surprised there were no condiments available such as a basic olive oil to cook with and salt and pepper, and even ketchup! Basic condiments would be helpful since we flew in and there is a 3 once maximum, I had to buy oil and find salt and pepper packs to bring home. Likewise, it would be helpful to have a more fully stocked kitchen such as a spatula to cook something basic like eggs!!! I was looking in the drawer for a spatula and large knives were there and I ended up cutting myself slightly because of the placement of the cooking utensils. It would be helpful if there were more order to pots and pans and cooking utensils in the drawer. There were plenty of plates, bowls and cups, just needed the other cooking utensils and basic condiments. I've never stayed in a place that didn't have these so I felt limited in what I could make and how I could prepare it and had to spend extra money and effort to look for and buy these condiments. Thanks for considering this aspects for future guests ease and comfort!!!

Unfortunately the pictures are very deceiving. This condo needs a total overhaul. It's in a wonderful neighborhood.

Excellent location!

Close to everything Watercolor and Seaside. Swimming pool and tennis courts were great. Unit is a little dated but great value and plenty of room for 6 adults.

One thing to note is that the pool is only heated for the month of March and the week of Thanksgiving...It was a little chilly, but the kids didn’t mind. We would stay here again.

Good condo for money

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First- benchmark was fast at taking care of the issues we had. But the condo was dated and tired. Everything from the duvet covers to the dishes seemed to have been bought at goodwill. We cleaned the main living area upon arrival due to lack of cleanliness. Even the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and the coffee pot was disgusting. We couldn't wait for house keeping to come since we had 3 crawling toddlers. The AC and hot water heater worked great!Again- the location was great but the condo left much to be desired.

Relaxing vacation

The condo was nice, clean comfortable. However, Rent Gear Here was not so great, didn’t leave beach wagon, finally got one a day late, then it was a garden wagon not made for beach, so useless. Left a cheap umbrella instead of the umbrella described in ad. I was supposed to get a discount and refund for their mistake didn’t happen.

Crowded up and own hwy 30A, but very peaceful in the Beachwood Villas complex. 12h gets sun all day, is proportioned well and was clean and well stocked. One (nice) TV in family room, they provide the Roku so you just log into your apps. Does not seem to have cable tv. Short walk to beautiful beach. Friendly area, great (pricey) Publix by Watercolor. We will get bikes next time, pretty long ride to Seaside, but probably best way to travel there is by bike. We would like to return.

Very clean condo!

Everything was as described and clean! Only issue was the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly but it was fixed the same day I called and reported it. Great management team! Would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as pictured; unfortunately we failed to notice the lack of tvs in the bedrooms so we were at first let down about that. However as the days went by and we realized how nice it was having family movie nights that became a moot point. The villa was very comfortable for our family of five and the location was excellent walking distance to the beach. The beach (water and sand) were Spectacular. We pretty much had the pools to ourselves and enjoyed grilling out as well. If you’re used to staying in a condo, the villas are a lot smaller but it was not a big deal. We would stay here again.
