Velkommen til Pink Flamingo, dit nye yndlingsstrand! Nyd det rolige, fornemme kvarter Seacrest Beach, der nemt ligger mellem Alys Beach og Rosemary Beach langs Scenic 30A med utallige muligheder for spisning, shopping og underholdning kun få minutter fra din dør.

Når du kommer ind i Pink Flamingo, kan du nyde den åbne opholdsstue med fladskærms-tv til at se dine foretrukne shows, rummelig spiseplads med veranda til praktisk grillning og et stort, velindrettet køkken med rigelig granitborde og alle de bekvemmeligheder af hjemmet. På samme niveau nedenunder finder du et dronning soveværelse med egen indgang, et garderobeskab og halbad med walk-in bruser. Hvis du besøger længe nok til at vaske vask, er der også et stort separat vaskerum på dette niveau til din brug.

Det andet niveau i hjemmet har 1 konge master og 1 dronning master, begge med private badeværelser, det ene med walk-in bruser og det andet med et separat brusebad og havebadekar. Dronningens soveværelse har også en privat balkon til at nyde aftenbrisen.

Det tredje niveau er fantastisk til kiddoer med 2 dobbelt køjesenge og en trille, privat bad med bruseniche, en anden privat balkon og en våd bar til snacks og drikkevarer.

Sidst men ikke mindst har du adgang til den mest fantastiske lagunepool, og ved poolen ligger Seacrest Beach Café. Hvis du foretrækker en pooldag, kan du slappe af til dit hjertes indhold, mens du nyder solen og nyder caféens bekvemmelighed. Eller efter en dag på stranden kan du nyde en happy hour, mens børnene tankeer, og de voksne nyder en forfriskende "Happy Hour" -drink!

We had a great stay at this house! There are obvious signs of wear and tear, but overall the house served our needs! Surfaces were clean, room sizes are generous and the location is perfect!

Great spot for family

Loved the location, great rooms. Very spacious and everyone had their own bathroom. Only a few things need update if you have teens, the WiFi was slow and cut out. The TVs didn’t work all the time. It was cold & rainy while we were here so we were in the house a lot. Just needs tiny updates. But we’ll definitely go back. Very clean!!! Cleanest house I’ve stayed in. Would recommend

Convenient location to amenities

The house itself was great. The beach space allocated to guests at Seacrest is so restrictive and minimal we unfortunately won’t be returning to the beach unless the rules change. It seems the umbrella vendor (s) own the beach, along with private beach owners on either side of the seacrest beach allocated space. This is not the home owner’s or property managers fault but it zaps the beach vacation experience terribly, especially given the prices to stay in the area.

Cleanliness

Overall clean, however, surface of 1st floor needs mopping. Soles of our bare feet were black from walking around on the flooring when we arrived… all that dirt is getting tracked onto all carpets and flooring, stairs, sheets throughout the house. Also, after showering in 2nd floor back bedroom (lime green bed), odor in bathroom was petty bad immediately-May need drain cleaner. Otherwise, happy with our stay.

Reviewer Comments: Great home, but could use some magic eraser work around all the doors... it seemed clean until you actually looked. Smelt funny when we walked in too. Pillows were all used and flat but beds were great and sheets and blankets well appointed. We basically had no WiFi the entire time and tvs did not work. Great location, adorable neighborhood and nothing was disgusting but cleaning crew needs a refresher course and router needs to be updated badly.

Comfortable House in Rosemary/Seacrest Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I vacationed at this property in June 2023. As we love staying in this area (the nightly live music, family-friendly atmosphere, and nearby shopping and restaurants - quickly accessible by foot or bike - make this an ideal location), we found Pink Flamingo to be a perfect choice. It has three floors and four bedrooms for multiple families to have plenty of room. The third floor has a bunk bed for children and commands a spectacular view of the area. The house was beautifully decorated and very relaxing to stay in after a day at the beach. The beach itself is only about a 10 minute walk, but the tram service is efficient and staffed by friendly drivers. The beds were all extremely comfortable. The only issue was that the floors were a bit dirty, leaving your bare feet a little dirty, but this was likely an issue with the maintenance staff. I would certainly recommend Pink Flamingo to my family or friends, and we have very fond memories of our vacation!

Great area, bad communication

Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the area and weather. The house was OK on cleanliness except for the floors. They were filthy! The internet was down when we arrived. We did the troubleshooting ourselves while waiting to hear from the property manager. That is the part that we are most disappointed with...communication. We had to constantly ask for updates on fixing the internet. We checked in Saturday and due to the weekend we understood when they said it would be Monday before someone could come out. Monday came and went and no word from the property management. We called again Tuesday, no response. We called Wednesday and they said they would get back to us. At this point we had to change our phone plans to get enough data to use for some work and school things that needed to be done. Once we contacted them again on Thursday, they then told us that the internet provider could not come out until the next week. What we are frustrated with is the lack of communication. We understand that they can not control the cable company. Overall disappointed in our experience.

We understand Internet issues can be frustrating. When dealing with Internet issues that we are not able to troubleshoot, we have to call out the Internet company. One the internet company has to be called, it is beyond our control. We try to get the soonest available appointment, but that is not always possible. We update the guest as we get update and unfortunately, we cannot always fix it while the guest is in home. We are sorry you had to deal with these issues during your stay. We did everything we could to address this issue, we apologize for the delay and will take your feedback into account so we may update our guests even if there may be no true 'update' so you know we are still doing what we can to resolve your reported issues

Good stay, but some things worth noting

Overall we had a great time, and the property worked well for our group of 6. When you check in, make sure you call security to get wristbands and parking passes. To me, Managment should just put these in the property so guests don’t have an extra hoop to jump through to get their vacation going. Just a thought. The tram is a nice perk, but there’s just not enough drivers. The beach was beautiful, but the umbrella companies and property owners force the majority of people to pack in like sardines. The house was so fun, but just anticipate little things like inconsistent toilet flushing in the master bathroom, robe hooks coming off the wall, and chairs duct taped together instead of being replaced. These issues were not major, but I think the property owner needs to address them. Overall we had a good time.

Pink Flamingo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Horrific

Great house - good location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house. However, it is listed as a 4 bedroom and it is really only a 3 bedroom with a upper loft. We had 4 couples and, unfortunately, did not read the description well enough. The upstairs "bedroom" does not have a closet and it only has bunk beds and no door. It would be great for children (but not adults). We would definitely stay here again with children or with only 3 couples.

Horrible experience!

100% WOULD NOT recommend this house! From the moldy smell upstairs, to the hot water heater going out, nearly falling thru the wooden platform near the outside shower, early morning construction, less that adequate supplies (towels, soap, etc), door handle falling off, power kept going out and less than clean when we arrived. So disappointed for the price we paid!! Never again!
