Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear about the issues you had to deal with during your stay. Communication with Guest is key priority here at Benchmark. We understand Internet issues can be frustrating. When dealing with Internet issues that we are not able to troubleshoot, we have to call out the Internet company. One the internet company has to be called, it is beyond our control. We try to get the soonest available appointment, but that is not always possible. We update the guest as we get update and unfortunately, we cannot always fix it while the guest is in home. We are sorry you had to deal with these issues during your stay. We did everything we could to address this issue, we apologize for the delay and will take your feedback into account so we may update our guests even if there may be no true 'update' so you know we are still doing what we can to resolve your reported issues
