Great location. Close to shopping and the beach, walking in the park. We loved eating breakfast every morning outside on the spacious patio. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy check-in.

Comfortable stay and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio is in a great location--halfway between Ala Moana and Waikiki, which made having a car and getting out of there very easy. The studio has everything you need (although would have loved a pair of scissors and maybe a bluetooth speaker?), including lots of towels. I was initially worried about car noise, but it wasn't too bad, at least during the week. Very comfortable and the elevator to person ratio are excellent! As a solo traveler, it worked well for me. Everything was very clean and communication with Captain Cook Resorts was fast and easy.

Communication with the host was sufficient.Everything was as advertised. We didnt spend much time in the room, but it was nice to retire each night to the air conditioned room and get good rest on the comfortable and roomy bed. The amenities of the hotel were convenient and the included parking pass was a time and money saver along with the security of the garage and the room.

I want give the most honest review . Overall I liked my stay and I would return . But I would also look for something a little bit better before returning . Originally I was accidentally sent to the wrong room . Ppl make mistakes wasn't too bothered ; it got cleared up quickly The first thing I noticed when entering the room is the dust on the sliding door rail is very thick and hasn't been cleaned in years .The only real complaint i have is whoever is responsible for cleaning this room does a rush and subpar job . There was popcorn in the base of the sliding door . Nice size crumbs under the sink . There also was a whole old sandwich in a ziplock bag within the futon . I hope this is read and gone over with their cleaning team Side note ; the bathroom was very clean which makes a big difference They leave plenty of things to use for beach days .chairs , boards , floaties , snorkeling gear . For the most part the place is in pretty good shape . You'll see some rust on a few things ; Curtains eventually need to be replaced. However, nothing made us feel uncomfortable . There are 2 pigeons living on the balcony . With that comes a nice amount of bird poop . In all there was more good than bad . We enjoyed our stay . It worked well for us .

Good location and having a parking space is a bonus. Room size is good and was clean, except the carpet could be upgraded.I would choose ilikai again.

Great stay in downtown Waikiki

We were looking for an affordable, clean place close to Waikiki beach and stumbled across this condo in a great building/community. It was a fairly short walk (maybe 1/4 to 1/2 mile) to Waikiki beach and had plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Wonderful stay at the Ilikai

We recently had our first visit to Honolulu. We loved our stay at the at the Ilikai. The location is fantastic, everyone at the facility was nice, we loved having the assigned parking spot, and we loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings while having coffee. We would definitely return!

Good location with parking garage

Room was bigger than the pictures made it appear. Only negative is the host did not answer a couple times I called with general questions.

Conference Alternative

Clean, tidy, reasonably priced and perfect location for a conference and meetings at adjacent venues. Only a 10 minute walk to Ala Moana shopping centre

Exactly as pictured!

The condo was exactly what we expected. Clean, comfortable room with everything we needed for our stay. The property manager was nice and helpful. Would definately recommend this room for your stay in Oahu. Short walk to the Lagoon and beach. We would definately stay again on our next trip to the island.

Visiting to watch Boise State vs. Hawaii football game

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room cost and location was perfect. Lots in walking distance. The beach, ABC store, restaurants. We had breakfast at Goofy's Cafe and Dinner at AOKI Teppeyaki both walking distance.

Sweet vacation studio

This studio was perfect for our little family of 4. The space was very clean and cozy, with easy access to a lagoon, coffee/breakfast spot downstairs. Very close to Ala Moana (walkable) and Waikiki. The space also included basic beach items for our entire family, which was fun for our kids! We’d definitely come back here in the future.
