Beacher's Lodge Studio Suite Plus - Inkluderer husholdning

Denne 2. sal Studio Plus er den eneste af sin art. Dette condo har tilfældigvis den største balkon på ejendommen, det er bare ikke direkte ved havet. Når du nyder den udendørs luft på den store træ balkon, vil du se over parkeringspladsen på stranden, og du kan stadig se horisonten fra havet væk i det fjerne. Denne rummelige suite har en stor komfortabel Serta King-madras. I skabet er der en ekstra rulleseng i enkelt størrelse. Sovesofaen er fantastisk til at kose sammen og se en film på det 48 "fladskærms-tv. Denne suite har det komplette køkken med bordplader af granit, komfur med ovn og stort køleskab. Badeværelset blev fuldstændigt ombygget med nyt karbad, forfængelighed, toilet og fliser. Vi tror, at denne rummelige Studio-effektivitet måske bare er det perfekte sted for et par eller en lille familie. (Studierne på 2. sal kan ikke nås med elevatorerne på ejendommen, du skal tage trapper for at komme til 2. sal) INGEN Kæledyr tilladt

Summer vacation 2021

We have to upgrade next year to a bigger room just because of our kids, but this room is a great find and does have a view of the ocean!

This one was not quite as well stocked, but had a bigger kitchen, couch, and table. Wasn’t on oceanfront side, but we had a pretty view of it from a nice deck. Housekeeping took great care of us. Close to convenience stores and a couple of food options.

Perfect Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We cannot wait to come back and stay here again. This was our first time in St Augustine, so we spent all our time in downtown. The last day we walked around the property, seen the pool and the beach access and regretted not spending time there. We will for sure be back! Everything was so peaceful and perfect location to downtown yet far enough out of the hustle and bustle. The condo has some quirks, like a bathroom door that can't open or close if you are using the toilet, or a loud AC. But it makes it felt like it had character. The staff are so nice. It may not look like it from the pictures but you can see the beach from your bed. And you have perfect beach view on the deck. Yes you do face a parking lot, but the parking lot was fairly empty compared to how things are on the west coast of Florida. This place was the perfect size to make it feel like home away from home compared to a hotel room which is on the smaller size and more cookie cutter.

Last time amazing, this time awful...

I stayed at the Beacher's Lodge several years ago, and the "room" I got was a full-sized one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom. It was modern, beautifully appointed, with sliding glass doors that opened right onto the beach. It was amazing. On the most recent stay, I made reservations that cost a LOT of money per night (VRBO will not allow me to show the dollar amounts paid!) and non-refundable because of a Daytona Beach event, but I paid the high price thinking that I was going to get similar accommodations as my previous stay at that cost. Boy, was I wrong on that one. The room was old and cramped, with a refrigerator that had rust on the outside of it, a toaster that didn't work, and an air conditioner that cooled the room but did not control humidity, so the tile floor always remained damp. The bathroom sink had a small leak in a pipe, so water dripped on the floor in front of the sink. The room quality reminded me of the type of room you would get at a no-name hotel on a rural highway. You know, I'm not the type to give bad reviews. I know that people have to make a living, and I sympathize with that, but I really liked this place the last time I stayed there, and this time was a real letdown. It will certainly affect any decision to consider staying there in the future.
