Welcome to PoolTastic Cabin w/ Private Pool, Theater & Arcade, your perfect Smoky Mountain retreat! Conveniently located off the Parkway, this stunning new construction cabin sits halfway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, slightly closer to Gatlinburg. Situated in the exclusive Settler's Ridge Way community, the cabin offers access to a community pool, fitness center, and large, wooded lots for maximum privacy and tranquility. Take in breathtaking, unobstructed views of majestic Mt. LeConte from any of the three covered balconies.

Our cabin features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience. Every bedroom includes a luxurious "Gnarly" log king bed, a 50" 4K Smart TV with cable, high-speed internet, and direct access to the covered deck. The downstairs suite also has a queen sofa sleeper, making it perfect for families or larger groups seeking extra sleeping space.

The main level boasts a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and thoughtful extras like a Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, and toaster oven. Enjoy meals together at the large island table with seating for ten, situated next to the cozy living room with a 50" Smart TV above the fireplace. This open-concept layout ensures everyone can stay connected and comfortable, whether preparing meals or relaxing after a day of adventure.

For entertainment, the cabin includes a multi-seat theater room with leather reclining chairs and an 80" 4K Smart TV equipped with streaming apps. The upstairs game room is packed with fun for all ages, featuring multiple arcade games, a 50" Smart TV, and a queen sofa sleeper. What a great place! Everyone enjoyed this beautiful cabin and many amenities! Waking up in the morning and going into the kitchen to grab a coffee is overshadowed by the picturesque window overlooking a beautiful vista of woods and mountains. This is our second time here and it surely won’t be our last!! The host is very quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Summary of stay

Overall the cabin was excellent but there were some minor issues with a couple of the TVs needing to be reset each time the were turned off and back on the next time.Parking was adequate for smaller SUVs or cars but not for 3 large trucks but we were able to make it work Would stay again if in that area

Long Weekend

Great location and plenty of entertainment for the children in the house. Plenty of seating and great kitchen island for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the place, only thing i could mention would be some added kitchen utensils/appliances. Other than that, the place was great. The whole family enjoyed it, great place for all ages.

Disappointing

We were there for a soccer tournament. We arrived for check in at 4pm but the cleaners were still working and said they would be at least another hour and a half. We had to go change at a gas station bathroom. The second day we lost all water. Called the owner and he asked me to walk around checking things around the house and walking over to check with other cabins to see if they had water. I felt like I was at work. The downstairs was very cold and we could not get it warm. It was very disappointing!

Christmas in the Smokies

Our family Christmas vacation was amazing! The cabin was perfect. The kids never got bored. Chris was an awesome host and stayed in contact with us. We are already thinking about booking it again next year for Christmas. We left with lots of memories.

Thanksgiving 2023

The property was the perfect size for a family of 12, the hot tub was great for 4 people, the indoor pool was great for the kids, the movie theater room was perfect for college football! The parking was tight for 3 vehicles but once it was figured out it was no problem. This property has it all. Only thing I can say was missing was pot holders in the kitchen lol we managed though.

Fun Trip

Chris was great at answering any questions I had immediately. The only issue we had was the construction going on right next door. They had their lumber in stacks along the road, taking up a lot of room. They had some blocking the driveway and was very loud first thing in the morning all day long. House is beautiful and over all we had a good time.

Annual Family Vacation

The scenery and space of the house was perfect for our vacation. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and all of us relaxed in the hot tub and was happy to have the theater! The house does provide small pool towels. If you are traveling more with 7 people you need to bring your own plates. The house states it sleeps 12 but only has 7 plates for all 3 meals. Thankfully we had paper plates. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights with 12 people, and there are only 3 garbage tins to put your trash locked up in and that filled up really fast, so we had to find a place to dispose of our own trash. There is a house being built next door, but they were not working during the week we were there. But there were wood boards/cement blocks in the street and multiple screws/nails in the road. I am glad that no one got a flare tire. The listing states that there is a community pool. There is but under construction (I am assuming) I contacted Chris multiple times and he was unaware of circumstances. If I could post pictures I would attach what we thought was the community pool/work out area. It would also be nice if there was a welcome book provided with “things to do” or important codes (as we had to keep looking for email) and maps.

Family Christmas present for Father’s Day

We stayed at the property with our four adult children and grandchildren. The property has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were a HUGE hit! The property is about 7/8 miles between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, the the location was perfect for golfing, entertainment, restaurants, shopping and hiking The owner is EXTREMELY helpful and responsive to every little need! Checkout and checkin process was a breeze! We even got to see a few bears! HIGHLY recommend!!

White Christmas Experience

Our 1st Christmas in the mountains was simply amazing. The host (Chris) was simply a blessing to my family. You can call him or text and he’ll respond every time. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a clean and family friendly cabin.

Annual family cabin trip

The property was so clean! It had the right amount of space for our family of 9 and gave the kids plenty things to do to keep busy with the games, pool, and theater room which my toddlers loved to watch their movies on. It even had a Christmas tree and garland which we appreciated very much for the holiday spirit. Chris was very responsive and a great host. All the rules were simple and laid out prior to check-in and checkout. The only concern was the cabin was drafty and hard too keep the lower downstairs warm but with very cold temperatures that’s expected in the area so we worked with it. It’s on a high mountain road but we found the back road was less hilly and less turns and took you right out to Gatlinburg. We would book again!

Perfect mountain getaway!

I can’t say enough good things! The host was wonderful to work with. Extremely responsive! The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing. This was the best cabin I have ever stayed in. Absolutely no complaints!!!

Beautiful Cabin

We had a lovely time at this cabin. The owner responded promptly to all of my questions. It was a short distance away to shopping , attractions, etc. Most importantly, I was very grateful for her and her housekeeper’s honesty. She notified me of an item left behind. My grandson forgot something very precious to him. She is mailing it back to him as soon as she can. I definitely recommend this place

Perfect Family cabin

We stayed here with our whole family (7 adults adults and 3 kids). It was a perfect layout for us with two rooms being upstairs, one on the main floor, and one in the basement - gave us all a little of our own privacy. Loved that we all had our own balcony space to enjoy the sunrise. Pool room was very nice! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again!
