Hvilken sensationel udsigt over Mexicogolfen fra denne enhed på 5. sal ved Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites. Weekend trip

Property was nice. Loved location. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Woulda liked a Keriug machine & somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Pool area and tiki bar were great! Drinks and food were very good. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

Good stay overall.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing but when we arrived it was much more like a two bedroom hotel room than a luxury condo at the beach. When I booked this and until we arrived I didn’t know that Treasure Island is the “party zone” of St. Pete beaches. If that’s what you are looking for, this is the right area. I’m not giving a poor review, but I am saying the location just wasn’t right for us.

Awesome condo and facility!

We had a great week in this condo. Everything was as advertised. Kathy was very accommodating. She even gave us great weather! We will look to stay here in the future.

Recharging at the Beach

A few days in this condo was the perfect holiday treat! The condo and the weather were lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed. The sunset view from the porch was fabulous! The staff at the front desk and the cafe were wonderful! We will be back!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful vacation. We loved all the amenities at the location. Near to restaurants and shopping. The condo was in great condition! Very clean. Kathy was a pleasure to work with all through the booking process and our stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

Great property and location

Sunset Vistas is lovely. The property management is wonderful and the location can't be beat. We beached all day and walked to John's Pass for shopping and dinner. We'd definitely go back!

Fun escape

We've stayed at the Vistas before, but the hurricanes have impacted some of the amenities. The beach side bar is close, elevators are partially operation and the hut tub was shut down for a short time. Our unit had limited dishware and did not have games and books as listed. We also could not find a broom or the listed medical kit. WiFi service was spotty. But, the Florida sun felt great and the beach was beautiful.

Everything you could ask for

This place had everything I could have possibly needed. A big pool for the big kids and the little splash pad for my little kids! Awesome view! I would definitely stay here again!

Treasure Island for NYE

This is a great property in an amazing location!!! Close to lots of restaurants and shopping and right on the beach. The pool was very popular with the families staying at the resort. We loved the convenience of the Cafe and ordered our take out lunch the morning we rented a boat. We also used the Tiki Bar by the pool

Nice beach stay

We enjoyed our time at the condo! The location right on the beach is great and the toddler pool was a big hit with my daughter. One thing we noted was the kitchen was not as stocked with pots and pans as others we have stayed in. We may be a rarity of cooking at the condo but with a toddler it’s easier! Overall enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation!

A Cozy Condo

Our stay at Sunset Vistas was quite enjoyable. The condo is quite nice, with a view of the ocean from the patio. I walked the beach for an hour each morning, while our friend spent a lot of time in the pool. The location is close to both St. Pete and Clearwater and we took several trips for dining and culture. All in all, a very nice way to spend a week in the sun.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and beach were great! The condo wasn’t ready until 5 pm even though check-in was at 4:00. They did give us a $25 credit to use at the cafe which was nice to make up for it. Kathy was helpful and very thorough.

Nice condo

This was a very nice condo. Beach towels were not provided which I found unusual since all other properties that we have stayed at both in U S and the Carribean have provided them.

Great location

We loved the condo but it had a smoke smell. Otherwise it was perfect. Location is close to lots of great places to eat and listen to music. The place was clean. The wine opener needs to be upgraded. The kitchen needs a pitcher. The balcony was great and we enjoyed evening sunsets. Pool is very nice and heated. The on-site cafe and tiki bar were great when we didn’t want to cook and we’re headed out for day trips. Overall, We would rent again.

Great first two visit, went to heck on our third visit

Know what room assignment you have before going. We where promised something close towards the beach and got a noisy traffic room that was next to busy street. Just the basic where clean, if you wanted a nightmare don't look on top of refrigerators or shelving. cloth dryer was another story, don't know how a completely pug lint vent ever would work thus was afraid to us dryer because of possibly starting a fire. Had to hang dry wet clothing. If you are having drinks at the pole side beware of the Security Guard as he has took his authority to far. Carried a tape measure to measure set back of all drinks from pole's edge, unreal I tell you. Was our third time staying and lets say I believe it will be our last. Beware they add a tip charge to everything you purchase and a few employees where not worth it.

Wonderful Experience

We recently stayed at the Sunset Villas for several days and everything was great! We made our reservation with Kathy, the owner and she was pleasant and responded to our inquiry immediately. As her condo wasn't available for our entire stay, she made sure that we had a comparable room with a fantastic view. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Everything was spotless and in working order. The staff at the resort were extremely helpful and friendly. We had several mornings with breakfast and coffee on our balcony overlooking the Gulf but we also had breakfast one morning in the resort cafe and the food was good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool and had great conversations with several other guests. There are two pool areas. One with a wading pool and one with a large pool with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone to enjoy. Both pools were kept clean and in good repair. The condo is right on the beach and the beach itself is very wide, clean and beautiful! We would certainly stay in this facility again. Treasure Island is a great area for families and couples alike. We walked across the drawbridge to John's Pass several times...a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk. There are many shops, bars, restaurants, and several places to get a charter boat to dolphin watch. We did go out on a boat and truly enjoyed it but to be honest you can see dolphins from John's Pass dock and right from the beach in front of the condo. This was a great vacation and we are planning a return visit in the future. Thank You Kathy!

My husband and I are native to Buffalo New York. The cold winters in Buffalo are what brought us to vacation throughout Florida when our children were younger. We liked the laid back family atmosphere of the Treasure Island area and specifically Sunset Vistas. My husband also enjoys fishing and it is world class in this area. Being able to navigate the beaches with ease was a plus for us. There are times we only use our car for groceries.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Being small business owners it is difficult to get away for long periods of time and being in the Sunset Vistas rental program was a plus for us. Customer service is very important to us as vacationers and we wanted the same great service for our guests. No punching in a code to get into the condo or having to call an answering service if you need assistance. That's what are staff are for. We love the feeling of being at a hotel with all the amenities, yet, inside you have all of the conveniences of home. For us, it is the best of both worlds. The hotel atmosphere with the convenience and space of a condo and the ability to have breakfast and lunch "in" was an added plus. We have found this a big time and cost savings.

Having access to the staff at the property is what we like the best. It gives you a sense of security knowing that as a vacationer, your personal contact with me is not over once the reservation is made. Our staff are there for you 24/7. They are a great group of people that will do everything they can to make your stay more pleasurable. Our location is within 20 minutes to downtown St. Pete, 20 minutes to Clearwater, 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport, 10 minute walk to Johns Pass, a 1 hour boat trip to the best deep sea fishing anyone could ask for and of course a 2 minute walk to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico!!
