Thank you so much for staying at our home. We are glad that you had a nice time celebrating your birthday. This home is very close to the beach and having all of those bikes makes it an even quicker trip to get there. The use of the kayaks and paddleboards make the stays for guests even better. We will be working on the landscaping over the next few months. The yard definitely took a hit during the storm surge of Hurricane Ian and we are seeing the results of that now. We do provide box fans throughout and have ceiling fans in addition to them; we have had some of the hottest temperatures in years here in SW Florida over the past few weeks. Our AC company is scheduled to come next week to assess our cooling needs and to service the unit. This home is surrounded by brand new or nearly new homes and so it may not be quite as "polished" as those around it. However, at six bedrooms and five bathrooms, with the sweeping bay views and all of the provided amenities, it is an excellent value for our guests on Marco Island. Thank you again for staying and thank you for treating our home so well!

We are so glad that your family enjoyed our property. It is always great to hear that our guests enjoy the home’s spaces and the amazing views. In addition, we do our best to provide many amenities not often provided by other properties. We are so sorry to hear about the cloudiness of the pool. Upon reading the review, I contacted our pool service company so that they can look into this issue. Our property manager and we are just a phone call away if issues like this are found upon check-in. If we are notified, then we can contact our pool service to come and do an extra service on the pool immediately. How disappointing to learn of the things that you found around the home. I do know that the cleaners who clean the bedding and towels were there in order to make certain all new bedding was cleaned and placed on the beds. While we are glad to know that the cleaners came back immediately, we also understand the importance of attention to detail and apologize on behalf of our property management company for what was overlooked. We do our best to explain the proximity of our property to both the beach park entrance and the beach itself. I want guests to know exactly what to expect when they come to our home. This home is very close to a lot of great restaurants as you mention, and the owls are so much fun to watch, so it is nice that you got to experience those things. Thank you for staying; we would certainly love to have you stay again.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay in our home so much. There is a bit of trim that needs added to the fifth bath, as well as a piece of transition tile. These will be completed during the next opening in our property. I'm happy to hear that you loved the location and size. We do our best to make it convenient and enjoyable for large groups because there are not very many oversized rentals on the island.

We have worked to reconfigure the house in order to make it as comfortable and convenient for all of the guests staying there. The tile work was completed right before the peak season, and due to schedule backups, they didn't have time to finish the trim. This will be completed as soon as we have another opening; the home has been completely booked since Christmas. We simply wanted guests to have as much convenience as possible. It is nice to hear that you enjoyed the lanai and pool with your group, as well. Please come stay again!
