Beach towels are not provided.
Luggage carts are not allowed inside the condo and guests will be responsible for any damage.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Security camera details: A Ring doorbell is installed on the front door for surveillance; it allows access to see who is entering and exiting the condo. The camera records with any motion or sound. It can also have two way communication.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fort Walton

We had a fabulous stay. The room was super clean. We had great views of the beach, and it was a very short walk from the room to our chairs. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing View!

Working with the rental agency Vacasa was so great. They kept me informed and were always willing to help with anything we needed. The view is worth booking this property, it is amazing. There are two high top tables on the deck that make a great place to hang out. The condo itself is very basic, met our needs. Would have liked to had beach towels available, some games/puzzles, and some more blankets for the beds. It was very clean. We love to cook while on vacation, and the kitchen is well stocked. Loved having the two beach chairs available every day for us, the young man in charge of the chairs is great. The island is so quiet and peaceful. Stewbys is a great place to dine down the road and then get ice cream next door.

Awesome!

The condo is beautiful, and everything so organized. We loved the view of the beach from the balcony, living room and master. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Perfect little condo for two couples

Updated furnishings, gorgeous art work, comfortable beds, AC worked great. What a gorgeous view from the patio with comfy bar height stools! Easy access to the beach and very courteous beach chair assistant. Parking is little off on the hillside so hold onto those doors when you get in or out. Can’t wait to come back here. Love Okaloosa 😍

Excellent experience

Condo was very clean and in excellent condition. Location was excellent with unobstructed view of gulf from patio. No complaints at all. One suggestion is to add grab bars in the showers. L & L

Our favorite condo

This was the best condo and location we have ever visited! We have a 4 & 7 year old and my parents with us and it was spacious for all of us. The balcony views were amazing especially for the summer Wednesday night fireworks from the pier. The short walk from the elevator to the beach made carrying beach toys, boogie boards, and extra chairs a breeze. The property management team was quick to answer any questions we had. We definitely would love to come back to this condo next beach trip!

Amazing spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Anderson Beachhouse. It was the perfect size to accommodate our mothers'/daughters' girl trip! The location offered easy access to the beach where we could all come and go as we pleased. The only con for me was the parking. The property has a hill that resulted in a bad ding in my car with no communication from the person who dented my car. The spots are narrow and not all units have a numbered spot.

Spacious condo with great access to the beach!

This condo was very well maintained. It was very clean with up-to-date design, bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and conditioner, soap and lotion and were very nice. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. We enjoyed the view from the balcony which could be seen from both living room and master bedroom. The condo building itself is not large, which was a nice change. The pool is located towards the front side of the building and was small, but nice. The condo had cornhole boards located next to the pool. Location is surrounded by many other condos, small convenience store just down the road, a few restaurants and ice cream place/small mini golf within walking distance. The beach was always clean and not crowded.

Very nice. Everything we wanted. The only things needing attention are minor. There are no management on site. Problems are handled by calling a long distance number. The tv remotes for the 2 bedrooms did not work the TV.

“Beach Therapy” was just what the doctor ordered!!

My family and I came down looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of our every day life. Turns out a little “Beach Therapy” is exactly what we needed! The condo is perfectly located because it is right on the beach, a short drive to all of the great restaurants on Okaloosa Island, and just a short walk over to a Tom Thumb for any provisions you might need. The entire condo was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We spent the first half hour just walking through and checking out all of the artwork on the walls and tables. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and it is the perfect spot to have your coffee in the mornings. We were a little concerned that an impending tropical storm might ruin our trip, but we got lucky and the weather was beautiful for almost the entire weekend. When the rain did chase us off the beach, we found that the condo was stocked with board games and DVDs to keep us busy until the sun came back out! Thank you for the most relaxing and enjoyable beach weekend my family and I have ever had. We cannot wait to come back for some more Beach Therapy!
