The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large glass top table with bistro style seating people. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player, and there are new mattresses on the bunks and in both bedrooms. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Beach service is included from March to October.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided by VACASA. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
