Other features of this elegant and chic condo include a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living area have TVs and DVD players for your entertainment. This condo also offers free WiFi to keep you connected on vacation.

This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
