The Space:
Escape to paradise with this spacious and beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom upper unit, just steps from the sand in the heart of Newport Beach. This coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location, making it the ideal spot for your next beach getaway.
Just one house away from the sand, with effortless access to the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and sunset strolls, this home has four spacious bedrooms with plenty of natural light and cozy furnishings and two full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. With two private balconies, perfect for sipping morning coffee while watching the sunrise or unwinding with an evening cocktail as the ocean breeze flows through.
With an open-concept living and dining area, this home is ideal for gathering friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals at home. Relax in the living room with comfortable seating, or take in the ocean air and sounds from one of your private balconies.
Located just a short walk or drive to the vibrant shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Newport Beach, you’ll have the best of both worlds. A peaceful retreat with easy access to everything the area has to offer.
Guest Access:
Guests have access the the entire upper unit of the property as well as 2 parking spaces in the carport area.
Other Things to Note:
- This listing is for the upper unit only of a duplex. The lower front patio is not available with this unit.
- 10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police
- Must be 26 or older to book
- Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.
- No parties or gatherings.
- We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.
Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
We are available at any time to answer any questions or service the property.
