Very cute studio in a great location. Check in process was very easy. We were able to walk to the beach and shops/dining easily. Nice to have dedicated parking. Small but had what was needed. Could use a full mirror possibly in the room for shorter guests, the one in the bathroom wasn’t able to see much.

From the start..freezer was frozen shut, ceiling fan didn’t work, no remote for t.v. Tried to get contact with host..that took a while. We told them not to go in the property while we were gone to “fix” it and they did anything. Very dissatisfied. Not recommended at all!

Extremely Disappointing StayThis property was a major letdown. It was small, dated, and the bed was not very comfortable, but the real problems started when we returned from a day out and found ants all over the kitchen and bathroom floors. We killed dozens, but they kept coming. There was already an ant trap on the counter when we arrived, which should have been a warning.I contacted the management company, Meredith about this and their first response was to send someone the next day, which made no sense since we were checking out. After pushing, they sent someone while we were out. They claimed the area was cleaned and new traps were placed, but when we returned, ants were still appearing. While trying to track where they were coming from, I discovered that under the bed was dirty, dusty and clearly had not been cleaned in a long time.Other issues included a stove knob with no numbers, a candle burned down too low to use, and pink mildew stains in the lower shower grout. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the management company eventually offered me fifty dollars off a future stay, which is not helpful since I will not be returning. This unit needs serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

We're very sorry your stay fell short and appreciate the detailed feedback. After your checkout we inspected the unit and took action on each item you raised: - Pest control: we completed a thorough treatment following your departure and have yet to see the ants return in two weeks. - Housekeeping: they received your list of concerns and will spend some time deep cleaning those areas. - Maintenance: we have them working on replacing the stove knob as we speak. Safety, cleanliness, and guest comfort are top priorities — your report helped us identify issues we have corrected or scheduled for repair. Thank you for taking the time to let us know.

Perfectly located between shops, restaurants, downtown, and the beach. We could walk a short distance in any direction and be in the heart of activities. The room is the perfect size for 2 people.
