Sanctuary at Redfish 3121- 4 Bedrooms - 4.5 Baths - Blue Mt. Beach - Luxury 30A

The comforts of home while enjoying one of the most luxurious resorts along 30a in Blue Mt. Beach. This 2 level 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condominium is one of 64 condominiums that share the 14 acres nestled along Big Redfish Lake.

Granite countertops in both bathrooms and kitchen, upgraded kitchen appliances, crown molding, and gas fireplace, this beautiful condo offers too many first class luxuries to mention. Relax by the large pool area and listen to the soothing waterfalls that lead to the attached separate individual smaller pool areas which are landscaped with flowing palms and different variations of foliage. Morning coffee or early evening drinks, the view from the balcony of the pools and the lake are soothing to the soul.

The amenities include lakeside dock, exercise room, private deeded beach access, high speed internet, Smart tvs in the living room and the master bedrooms, walking trails, and gated community. To get to the beach you may want to take a five to ten minute bike ride or a relaxing stroll down the private boardwalk. If you would like a more unique trip, take a ride on the free pontoon boat service or kayak to cross the lake and be on your own private beach! (Boat service is only in season March - October). You will be provided with 2 chairs and an umbrella for your rental time (March - Dec 1st), however personal tents/umbrellas are not allowed. You may bring your own chairs and small tents for infants are allowed. You may also rent more chairs/umbrellas if you desire from the rental company La Dolce Vita.

Please take note that Sanctuary at Redfish is a non-smoking community, therefore our unit is smoke free. However, if someone desires to smoke they must leave the property completely. There is a bench on the sidewalk along 30a just outside the property for guest to enjoy.

- If renting a golf cart, there is not adequate space to charge electric golf carts on the property and the renting of a golf cart will be considered using one of the unit parking spots.

Great place!

We have stayed at SAR previously and really enjoy the property. This unit was very spacious and gave everyone plenty of personal space. We will be back to SAR for more vacations.

Great unit and location

Had a few check-in issues but those were quickly resolved. Unit is well stocked with any cooking items needed. The location is secluded and quiet. Loved the multiple pools and security bands to access the property. Location is convenient to anyplace we wanted to visit. Kelly is a rock star and was quick to follow up on any issues or questions!!!! It all made for a great stay on 30A.

Beautiful and Family Atmosphere

Our stay was so pleasant! Our condo was very clean and decorated so beautifully! The manager was very helpful and attentive! Well stocked kitchen, literally had everything you need and more! Beds were very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing! The location is wonderful!! The private beach area with a boat ride to the beach just topped it off! Captain Bob is the best!! Property is close to restaurants and shopping, perfect for our family vacation!!

A Great Family Vacation Location in 30A

Our family, including an infant and toddler, had an amazing week at this condo and at Sanctuary at Redfish. The condo has ample space and was very clean and airy. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which was very nice. The condo complex is beautiful. The pools were great for kids and adults alike. There is a shallow end where kids can play. Beach access is very easy. My son loved riding the boat to and from the beach. Everyone we met at Redfish was so friendly and helpful. The host was also very helpful and communicative! We would love to stay here again.

Blue Mountain Beach is our favorite. We have a problem with the refrigerator and immediately Kelly sent someone to fix the coils. The only problem I saw that there was not a pantry to put the groceries. But we had a great time!

Escape to Red Fish Village

This was our 3rd stay at this exact property over the past several years. We love this unit for our multi-generational family! With two masters, it makes it easy to travel with grandparents and have plenty of space (and bathrooms!) for all to have privacy and family time. We love Red Fish Village for gated community feel, the proximity to beach, amazing pools, and location on 30A. It's the only place we will stay on 30A. The community of Dune Allen is a very short walk for donuts/bakery goods in the morning and ice cream in the evening. It is right on 30A, but because it is gated, you don't have the same crowded feel you might get in other communities. The pontoon boat to the beach is an amazing amenity, along with the use of kayaks for an added layer of fun! We loved to cool off at the pool complex, which with plenty of pools is never crowded. We can't wait to visit again soon!

Fantastic Place!

This is our second time booking this condo for the last week of September. Our family, sister in law’s family and father in law all spend the week together. This condo is perfect for all of us. The place is always clean and more than enough room for us. The owners of the other condos are so nice and have great recommendations for restaurants. There is not a lot of people at redfish making it perfect and quiet. Kelly who I have been communicating with it”is wonderful and responds quickly. Our family will keep coming back to this condo every year.

Great location and beautiful unit and amenities

Very comfortable unit with all that we needed. Very spacious and we enjoyed the views from the deck. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and clean unit. We were a bit apprehensive about the boat ride to the beach, but we never had a long wait for Captain Bob or Kristina and we were dropped off very close to the beach. The walk along the tidal pool to the ocean kept the kids occupied. It was very nice to have two chairs and an umbrella set up for us. The Emerald Coast has beautiful water and white sand. We liked that once we pulled off of the main road into the resort, you left the traffic and busyness behind. Nice walk to Red Fish Village and not a bad drive or bike ride to the other more populated seaside towns on either side. The property manager was quick to address any needs we had.

Family stay in Florida

The property was great. It’s a little difficult to get to the beach. The boat that takes you was broken down a little and it is a pretty long walk. Overall we had a great time .

Perfect Beach Trip

Absolutely perfect for our family- quiet, lake access for our paddle boards, and THE most gorgeous beaches. The condo had truly had everything we needed and more. 2 Master suites are spot on. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic family fun

This condo was perfect for our family! Everyone had their own bedroom and bath which was great! Great location, biked down to cute shops and restaurants, bike path is very nice. Great view from the balconies, enjoyed sitting out every morning with coffee and quiet. Pools were wonderful. Very well stocked kitchen. Having a washer and dryer is always a plus. Note, they are stackable, not full size, so washed more frequently but not a problem. Fluffy towels and washrags❤. Kelly was so easy to work with. Be sure to read all the HOA rules in the binder when you get there. They keep their piece of paradise beautiful. I saved the best for last. The beach and lake were beautiful! Accommodating boat captains to get you back and forth. Aquamarine water and white sand were perfect. The grandchildren and adults had so much fun in the shallow lake snorkeling and catching minnows. Having chairs and umbrellas set up for us every day was great. Accommodating company. I would give this rental more stars if I could. One suggestion: an ice machine on the premises would be convenient, as we had to leave and get ice for the beach every day. If you have time, rent a pontoon boat and spend a half a day at Crab Island. Have never seen such beautiful water!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful rental. Hope to return.

FINALLY!!! We have wanted a beach place for probably over 40 years; and
especially at Sanctuary at Redfish ever since we saw it for the first time. It is just
the perfect place for us with the elegant and large condos as well as the beautiful
lake and private beach, and the quieter location. The beach is our “happy place” –
somewhere we never get tired of visiting – and truly our Sanctuary!! We know we
will enjoy it with our two sons, daughter-in-love, grandson and another one on the
way! We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Sanctuary at Redfish in Blue Mt. Beach is a special place! Big Redfish Lake is the coastal dune lake that sits beyond the property and spills into the ocean front. Lake and ocean views together provide joy for the whole family!

The property is conveniently located between Seaside, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, and Sandestin. 4 beautiful pools including a zero entry pool, 2 hot tubs, unique lake/beach combo, workout center, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Spacious master bath and beautiful jetted tub, master bedroom and balcony overlook pools and cabanas. With in walking distance you can eat dinner, get ice cream at Blue Mt. Creamery, a fresh donut shop with coffee, massages, or try a smoothie from "For the Health of It"... then stroll down to the Blue Mt. Beach access to watch the sunset.
