Wonderful pool and spa! Enjoy a game of pickelball with friends and family, or check out the Wildhorse Golf Course next door! This 5,700 square foot home offers plenty of space for your group to relax, enjoy a nice meal or a launching point to visit the world famous Las Vegas Strip!

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
Pool heating is available at $100 per night. Jacuzzi is complimentary and is on schedule from 5PM-10PM.

Luxury golf community just 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip

Guests are required to sign a "Guest Rental Agreement" upon booking.
Overnight guests: limit is 14. Property is 15 minutes drive to the Las Vegas Strip.

* We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door.
* We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.
*The fridge is not connected to a waterline due to leak risks. If you need an ice tray, we'll have one delivered within 24 hours.

All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
We just have 5 easy rules:
1) No Parties! If you think it might be a party, it probably is but feel free to message us to clarify. Noise, excessive cars and excessive guests (more than allowed) typically is what constitutes a party.
2) Do not park in front of any neighbors house
3) Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am (the city doesn't allow any outdoor activities during quiet hours, and fines $1000 for violations). If you want to hang out late at night, the good news is the Strip is awesome for that, but with residential neighbors this is a big rule, and applies to all short term rentals (some just don't tell you about it in advance).
4) No Pets (due to many guests with pet allergies we can't allow any pets, we are sorry, we wish we could.)
5) No Smoking! Yes, you can smoke outside only. Weed is legal in Nevada, and you can smoke outside, but remember you're in a neighborhood which may have kids, just be reasonable with how much you smoke as it does travel far, and we don't want neighbor complaints.

Property was great and perfect for our group of 10. We had a wonderful time. The area was quiet and super nice. Any thing we wanted was just minutes away such as shopping, groceries restaurants. Great staff and very responsive.

Family reunion

We had 12 family members stay here and there was something for everyone - the pickleball was a favourite, pool and jacuzzi and pool table games that entertained everyone- place was large enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. It was a special occasion and we enjoyed our stay. The communications were good and replies came quickly .

House was great very quiet neighborhood, plenty of space for whole family

Great Family Home

The family of 14 enjoyed the beautiful home and it was perfect for our every need. We would definitely recommend to other families who want to be just close enough to the Vegas strip.

60th Birthday Celebration - Girl's Trip

We had an amazing 3-night stay at Villa Greens to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house was decorated nicely, clean, and spacious enough for all 14 of us to sleep comfortably and hang out. It felt more like a resort than a home! We spent mornings and afternoons at the house playing pickleball, swimming/relaxing by the pool, or gathering inside or outside to catch up or play games. We spent evenings on the strip and were able to get reasonably priced limo service from the house. The property manager was great to work. Questions were answered promptly and a couple of issues that we had were quickly addressed. I would certainly recommend this property and would love to come back and bring my family!

Great property and location

Plenty of space, well appointed property close to key Vegas attractions. Management group is extremely engaged and responsive. Had a minor issue and they responded right away with detailed instructions to remedy. Highly recommend!

A great time

We had a family reunion for 12, ages 18 to 93. The house was perfect especially the pool, hot tub and pickleball court. We made some great family dinners. The service staff were incredibly responsive to our requests. And it was spotless when we checked in. Highly recommended.

Great proximity to all things Strip related

Love how quickly we could get to the strip (about 20 mins), I think it's a one off, but shrimp tails had been left in the trash so the house was a bit stinky at first. The pool was clean in general, but has shedding tree over the top of it so has small flowers floating in it from time to time. The upstairs was a little warm in July, but fans helped. Support was easy to reach and helpful. On cleanliness, there were some dead bugs around, just looked like it hadn't been dusted very recently.

Lovely property

Our travel group consisted of four families of teens and adults. A door code was provided within 24 of arrival. There were email communications that gave detailed pool information. The decor was attractive and rooms spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. We were notified that winds may blow debris into the pool. We just skimmed it and it was fine. Family Fun Holiday

Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday on this beautiful property ! Lots of Pickle Ball and fun Pool time ! The house was beautiful and our kids & grandkids also enjoyed the pool table and we used the large dining table for family meals and fun cards games too. Beautiful Property and excellent location

Beautiful property, inside and outside. Numerous areas to hang-out and play games. Well located in Henderson. Check-in and check-out was process was seamless. Communication with host before, during, and after our stay was easy. This is a new property for host and some "kinks" are being worked out with the property....Shawn was quick to communicate and address any major issues.

Ladies Trip

We had an amazing time at this oasis! Our feet are killing us but the spa was a life saver!! Heads up on the spa/pool heating, it's limited to 7hrs a day but you can communicate what hours work best for your group or the day. We loved the wine and waters left at the door that was very welcoming. The garage opener was very convenient! The house is gorgeous we would absolutely stay again! Thanks for being responsive when we had concerns!

Amazing Host and a house with lots of potential

Our host was fantastic, which was important since we arrived to a very dirty house with several maintenance issues to address. Turns out a bachelor party had stayed just before we arrived to have a quiet corporate retreat. Thankfully the host went above and beyond to make things right. With some refreshing of the home, some deep cleaning, and a bit of thoughtfulness to make it seem more welcoming and less like a vacation rental, I think this place would be five-star.

Peaceful retreat

8 of us stayed for a golf weekend and the rental home was great. Lived up to the billing. Pool and hot tub were great for post-golf refresher. Rooms were cozy and beds (including amazing pillows) were delightful. Green space outside with plenty of seating was perfect for relaxing and evening dining. Communication was also 1st class between owner and I. Very responsive. Only small comment I would make is that the home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with strict quiet hours after 9:00 pm. The neighbors will call and complain if you are outside after 9:00 listening to music, etc.

Would stay again

The house definitely met our expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and location of the home made it feel very secluded. Close enough to the strip but far enough from the party scene. There were still some things that could need improving being a fairly new rental (ie: leaky fridge, more cooking supplies). I would also recommend rugs at the entrance from the backyard. We bought some to put down to keep the floor clean from people coming in from the pool. Overall though, we would definitely stay here again. It made for a wonderful 40th birthday for my husband and his entire family thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.

Great Las Vegas get away

Overall the property was great and given the opportunity would look at renting again. Plenty of room for all our guests. We enjoyed the pool, pool table and the house in general. Upon arrival the code given to enter did not work. Property management quickly responded to my call and email to reset the code. I would like to make a suggestion for the “atrium” bedroom, a shade or curtain for the window. The heat (115 when we were there) made the room a bit warm. I’m not sure when the floor was last mopped but I would suggest a follow up with the cleaning crew. All in all very happy with our stay.

MISLEADING

August 29, 2023 We booked this property for a retreat in our hometown ready to educate and build our strategic plan for a local charity. We explained 14 woman will be staying the night and up to 7 vistors over the 3 night stay ( their maximum capacity)Trainer leading a training session and leaving soon after. Everything was approved sounded good,reviews were good, we made the deposit. 4-7-2024 we were sent a document for check in process and the RULES. I kid you not I almost fell over. (Keep in mind we LOVED THE 72hrs cancelation window on this property) INSIDE HOUSE BEFORE 10PM. NO jacuzzi use except PRESET windows of USE time. No cars parked on the street. ALL Vehicles in garages and drive way. DONT USE BATHTOWELS FOR POOLonly POOL TOWELS 4-11 arrive to home. 6 garbage cans spilling over, yep in the driveway and YES blocking the garages. Furniture pool items all piled upfront by door blocking entrance. Bottom line, WE NOW had a parking problem. Walk into the home (much older and ran down then the pictures) one of king bed bedroom/bath has a broken bed frame, seriously, not one person noticed when they put new sheets on? Six pool towels in a basket for 14 people. Then we noticed the white towels had 1 per person no wash cloth/face towel for 3 nights stay. ONLY 3 stayed the night told the other woman dont come there's no where to park since the handy man Keku couldn't get there till after 9pm. By noon the next day everthing was resolved.What would aak for compensation?

Sold A Dream

Although this home is absolutely gorgeous, I do feel like I was sold a dream. I just got back this morning from my family trip to Las Vegas. I must say the house was kept well and clean, however there were some issues we stumbled upon. The DAY OF my departure to Vegas, I was told just hours upon our arrival that there were some electrical issues that they had encountered two days before my stay, and told me that I can be credited for that one night until the issue was resolved or get a full refund which would end up resulting in my group and I to have to stay elsewhere. That was a huge problem because we arrived so late at night and now there’s a chance that we won’t even be able to stay there or find a hotel or another VRBO listing that didn’t compare to the looks of this home. When I travel, I like to go all out. Thankfully I was able to stay there but some outlets/microwave/TV didn’t work. I was partially okay with that inconvenience because we had never been to Vegas and we were going to sight see anyways. The other issue that we came across was that the pool was absolutely filthy and hadn’t even been cleaned for us even though they made it seem like the issue could be fixed, it never was and on top of that the pool couldn’t even be fixed. I booked this home back February, which was two months before my trip so for the pool to not even be clean or prepped for us was a major inconvenience because that was one of the main reasons why I booked this home. It had been broken but no one cared to mention anything to us because I’m sure they just wanted to make money off me. For that I could’ve stayed at a hotel that had a pool. We didn’t even get in it, I wish I could have been credited for that. Hopefully this issue is resolved for the next person who wants to book here because if it isn’t, then it’ll be a waste of your money like it was a waste of mine. Totally overpriced for all the issues that came along with it.
