Maximum night stay is 10.

A storybook cabin in the woods. Nestled in green acreage, this 2 bed, 2 full bath cabin in Cherry Log Mountain is a perfect retreat to unplug, unwind, and soak up nature.

All one level living. Enter the front door to an open and spacious kitchen and living room with fireplace. Relax on the elevated porch, eat dinner outside, or enjoy a fire in the cozy living room. Central heat and air conditioning throughout the cabin, along with a ceiling fan in each room make it comfortable year round.

This cabin is perfect for singles, couples, or families to enjoy. Sorry, NO PETS/ANIMALS. (I have allergies and use the cabin often)

There is an exterior security camera facing the driveway.

LOCATION
Just a short 15 minute drive into downtown Blue Ridge, or Ellijay. The Benton MacKaye trail runs thru the community for hiking. Lots of festivals and year round outdoor activities within a short drive. Toccoa River and Lake Blue Ridge (great for fishing) both within a 15 minute drive.

SLEEPING
This cabin SLEEPS UP TO 4: 1 KING bedroom (with closet, ceiling fan, reading lamps, and windows). 1 QUEEN bedroom (with closet, ceiling fan, reading lamps, and windows). All bedding is provided, including extra blankets, pillows, and sheets if needed.

BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms. Both have a bathtub and shower.

INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
-3 televisions: 1 in living room with basic cable, Netflix and Hulu; 1 in King bedroom with basic cable, and one in Queen bedroom with basic cable
-Family friendly games, puzzles, and cards on site
-Small selection of DVD’s
-Free book library
-Wi-fi is provided at no additional charge
-Firewood and kindling is provided at no additional charge during the winter months (no fires allowed May, June, July or August)

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen seats up to 4 guests with room for additional seating.

-Electric stove/oven
-Fridge with ice-maker and freezer
-Keurig coffee maker
-Filter coffee pot (filters included)
-Teapot
-Toaster oven
-Dishes and silverware for 6 people
-Pots, pans and cooking utensils available

Gas grill located outside at no additional charge. Grilling tools are in the kitchen. Propane tank is provided.

LAUNDRY
Private washer and dryer on site at no additional charge (detergent not provided)

RATES
Rates vary by season, but are always reasonable.
$100 covers your exit cleaning and trash removal.
$300 HOLD for damage deposit. You will not be charged unless damage occurs.

This explains all of my fees to book your stay. The booking site charges fees, and there is sales tax added, so please review quote before booking.

Early check-in is available if there is no conflict with schedules. Just ask and I will let you know if it's available.

This is a cozy, secluded and quiet retreat with beautiful Mountain views and access to hiking trails. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I enjoyed the fireplace and the screened in back porch. This is our second stay at this cabin and we plan to return again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The cabin was warm and welcoming for our 1st visit to Blue Ridge. You wont be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Our host checked in prior to our stay and instructions were on point. Clean, cozy cabin a hidden gem.

Everything about our stay was wonderful- even the rainy days were great. The cabin is very comfortable and welcoming. Saw deer in the yard several times. It was very quiet. Shana was very quick to respond to questions.

This is by far the most well taken care of, well thought out, clean and cozy property we've ever stayed at. Not one detail was left undone. Any and everything we could possible need was provided. The detailed instructions were easy to access and follow. The cabin is immaculate and so well decorated. It was wonderful to come back at the end of each day to such a homey environment. The loveliest place!

Cute cabin. Furnished well with comfortable seating and beds! Our fave was the screen porch where we saw deer, heard birds and enjoyed afternoon breezes! Very well lit outside. We felt safe and secure day and night!

This is a beautiful property and we had a great time. We saw deer daily on the property, some days as many as 20 in one day. This property was perfect for the two of use but I can see it being relaxing for one especially with the large screened porch or 2 couples who just want to get away.Cabin was well stocked so you could prepare meals if you wanted to and all furniture / bedding was nice.

Wonderful visit! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the back porch when we were there and saw lots of deer sun the front and backyard. Check-in process was super easy and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

The cabin was beautiful and comfortable. Had a the comforts of home. Just a little too high in the mountains for us. Most dental will use this site again.

Sisters Weekend Away

We loved the cabin, it was fully equipped and clean. There's plenty to do in the Blue Ridge Mountain area. We enjoyed shopping and there are great restaurants near buy. We'll have to stay longer next time so we can experience some of the more adventurous things to do in the area.

Perfect Getaway

We loved the cabin and had a wonderful week. We hiked on the Benton McKay Trail, visited the Kerith Winery, shopped and ate in the quaint town of Blue Ridge. Best of all we enjoyed relaxing on the wonderful screened porch. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning to return in the fall. Highly recommend this lovely cabin. You won’t be disappointed!

Great cabin

Perfect cabin for 2 Couples. Fully stocked, furniture comfortable and everything was clean and in great working condition. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely consider returning if we are ever in the area

Everything Beautiful

The unit was wonderful. There were 4 of us in the unit.Everything worked as expected. All amenities in place and working. The unit is beautiful and serene and remote. But only 10 minutes (or so) to Blue Ridge restaurants.Eating is important to us .The road to the unit is well kept. My GPS was 'challenged' however. But we got there just fine.I saw no bears, but did get to experience my first earthquake. All was well.The back porch was awesome and overlooks hills and mountains.Was well worth the time and for a short get-away. Rode the train in Blue Ridge. All was very enjoyable.Thank you so much for opening up your unit to us -Mark and Donna, SC

Cabin in the Moutain

We were looking for a fun relaxing get away for our 12th wedding anniversary! we decided to try out the Blue Ridge Mountains! We decided on this amazing cabin that was very cozy and comfortable it was well stocked and had everything you needed! Ms.Shana and Ms. Ellie were amazing when we had a litlle bit of a hard time getting to the cabin . But they were both amazing and helped us out! Also Ms.Shana left a binder with things to see and do while your staying which was super helpful. we will definitely return!!!!

I grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, then lived in New York City for 18 years, where I sat at my desk in the concrete jungle, dreaming about living in a cabin in the woods. That dream finally came true when I moved back to GA and purchased Daydream Cabin!

I'm a working artist and full time Vacation Rental manager in a family business. We own and manage several cabins in Blue Ridge. My parents live in Blue Ridge and I'm just south of the cabin down Hwy 515. I love spending time in the cabin and I think you will too!
