This is a low rise condo complex with less than 200 units. Gated Property with Private Gated Beach Access. Steps from the beach, pool or tennis courts; and this condo is RIGHT on the beach with gorgeous views!!

Our condo comes with remote keyless access for your convenience!!

During most of the year of 2024, Sugar Beach will be undergoing a renovation and upgrades. There will be some noise but it will be restricted to working hours. This may also cause some congestion with parking.

✹ There is an HOA fee of $35 per car to receive your parking pass and guest wristbands (Trailers must be approved prior to arrival and are charged additionally at $100 per trailer) (payable upon on-site registration at the HOA office)
✹ HOA Pet Charges: Less than 4 nights: $80 first dog $40 second dog. 4 Nights or more: $150 for first dog, $50 for second (payable at registration). No more than 2 dogs. Only approved dogs allowed. Please inquire with owner to have your dogs approved.

Peaceful getaway

The balcony alone merits a 5-star review but the rest of the condo was also comfortable and clean. All you can ask for. Once I got used to the door lock system, it was a breeze.

Great view, Great condo.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful condo. The dog potty break spots were close and well lit. Im terrible at using stainless steel cookware, so if you're like me, bring another skillet and pan. The view of the gulf is perfect. NICE!!

Nice quiet stay

If you are looking for a quiet clean place to stay this is it. We have started "snowbirding" and this property was perfect. A great view each morning and an awesome sunset to end a relaxing day. The owners are very responsive of questions we had.

THE BEST PLACE ON THE BEACH

This area is the best place on the beach and the owner was fabulous! The condo was appropriately stocked, and the view was AMAZING!! Sitting out on the balcony we enjoyed the view of dolphins and sunsets every evening. Can't wait to visit again!

Family get together

We had a great time. The view and the sunsets were spectacular. We went fishing and we visited with family. I can’t wait to do it again.

Sugar Beach Stay

We had a fabulous time! Condo was clean, had all the needed supplies. Easy access to beach. Was able to bring my pet and parking was very convenient. Overall, this is a great unit to stay at.

An amazing view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steven and Shellina's Sugar Beach condo. The condo was clean, comfortable, and included a well-stocked kitchen. Every day we enjoyed the beautiful view of the Gulf from our patio. Steven was very responsive to questions and they provided a helpful notebook of information to assist in making the most of our time. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful View, Extremely Clean, and Super Comfortable!

This cozy condo exceeded our expectations in every way! The host went out of his way to be helpful and check-in instructions were clear and easy. Along with the spectacular view we enjoyed while sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee, the unit was super clean and the design makes it easy to keep it clean and sanitary. The beds remind me of what you experience at a very nice hotel, plush and very comfortable. We also loved the location not far from, but not too close to the hustle and bustle louder area of the main drag. This was our 3rd trip to PCB and our favorite so far.

Sugar Beach Condo, Panama City Beach FL

We recently spent a week at the Sugar Beach Condominiums in Panama City beach Florida. I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The registration process, working with the owner's, and the on site management crew was nothing but exceptional. The property was in great condition, I couldn't have asked for it to be better. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking something on the beach that's easily accessible to area attractions.

We will stay here again!

Property was decorated in a nice beach them. Beds and pillows were comfortable. View was wonderful. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking pans. They provided a small cooler, beach towels and 3 beach chairs. There are showers when you come off the beach to wash off the sand. Pool was nice, but we didn’t use it because we preferred the ocean. TV had all the channels you need and many restaurants were within walking distance. Hope to return thank you Steve!

10 on all but stairs

This is a wonderful little 2 master 2 small bath condo. Owner has done everything to make it great. I give it a 10 except for the 27 steps are rough for a 70 year old. I really hate that it didn’t work out for us because if it had had no steps I would be raving about it. Property is so nice and clean. Pool, beach access, courts all beautiful. Pet friendly and clean…it’s just the steps!

Beautiful Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for our needs, and perfect for watching the sunset and sunrise. The pool was very clean and beautiful. The clubhouse was great, and the beach couldn't have been more perfect. It was so easy to get to, and was literally only steps away from the gate to get set up for the day. It made running to the room very easy for lunch. Our weather was not the greatest a few of the days, but it was still so nice just sitting on the balcony to relax. I would give this a 5 star review, except for the massive amount of construction going on throughout the condos. This is obviously no fault of the owners, but we wish we'd have known ahead of time. A couple of us were sick during the stay, so it made it harder to rest during the day when the units around us were being worked on. However, again - the owner had no control over that. The communication was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful Spring Break!

Great Stay

Place is very pleasant. Great beach view and marvelous sunsets. Two LG brs with comfortable king beds. Very well stocked kitchen. Just totally redone so wonderfully clean. Nice deck. Free parking spots near condo entry. Owner was always Available during our 12 day stay. Our only challenge was that it is up 3 half flights of steps,but we managed. And it was worth it!

A VERY SUCCESSFUL VACATION STAY!

I absolutely loved every second. The condo, beach view, location, cleanliness, pool, and especially how incredibly kind Steven (the owner) was. Everything was all in great distance from this condo. Restaurants, tourist places, shopping, etc. I 10000% recommend this condo and I will be going here for any and all future beach vacations. Thank you Steven for everything!
