This was a great spot to visit for those that are looking for a quiet beach getaway! This place has beach chairs and umbrellas available. There are two pools and a tennis court in the community for a break from the waves and sand. Make sure to visit Port Saint Joe as they have some great places to eat (Sparks BBQ was a winner in our book). And be sure to check out the lighthouse that you can climb up to the top of.

Beautiful condo/townhome in a beautiful location. Everything was just as described! The owners provide you with everything you need for a lovely, stress free vacation. All the beach stuff is waiting for you but I was most impressed by the stocked kitchen! We also appreciated the labels for light switches. It is obvious the owners gave great thought and consideration of their guests needs. Great location to the beach and beach front pool. Extremely easy to access the home. Every thing was so perfect we had no need to contact the owners. My husband, myself, and our pups had a fabulous time and are already planning ahead to next year!

Beautiful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The home itself was exactly as described, the proximity to the beach, and the large amount of beach items was fantastic! This was our first visit to the Cape, and it won’t be our last!

Great stay!

It was our first time at Cape San Blas and we will definitely be back. The condo was a quick minute or so walk to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked! Great location for us.

Quick getaway

Perfect for a quick getaway to the beach with our dog. Great location, hope to come back . Loved exploring CSB and Port St. Joe.

Great birthday get away

This was a great place to stay to get out of the hectic tourist area of Florida (where we live). The owner provided very specific information regarding the area and the condo itself. We were very pleased and plan to return.

Cleanest and best stocked condo we have been to at Barrier Dunes. Everything needed in the kitchen, and home, plus extra beach and dog needs were on hand. We had a slight problem with the TV that was corrected quickly by a response from our host. The development is quiet, private and very dog friendly. We love staying here and look forward to returning!

We loved our extended stay at Sea Escape! The townhome was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach and exploring the area. It was our first visit to Cap San Blas and we were not disappointed with anything about our trip. Our beach days were so nice due to the proximity of Sea Escape to the beach and pool. Literally at the beach or pool in 2 minutes or less! Our dog was not impressed with the sand so coming back to check on him was very easy. Michelle was very courteous and allowed us to extend our days twice I don’t think we could have chosen a better rental for our trip! Five stars We visited Apalachicola , St George Island, Wakulla Springs, Indian Pass, St Joe and St George State Parks, drove scenic Hwy 98 to Carrabelle and East Point, and of course the beach and pool at Sea Escape. We highly recommend all of those areas to visit on your stay. We hope to return again someday and will check on Sea Escspe first for availability.

Great family getaway

We enjoyed this pet friendly, quiet community. We've been coming for 4 years now and will continue to come. Our condo was perfect and packed full of every amenity we needed for our weeks stay.

This property is one of the closest in Barrier Dunes that you can get to the beach. Communication was top notch. Overall, it was a great place for a beach vacation!

Great accommodations!

Our family enjoyed this property very much. It was well maintained with plenty of extras which made our stay quite comfortable. The property is just steps away from both the beach and the pool which was very convenient. We easily warmed up to the property and location. What a great piece of Florida!

A true hidden gem, the cape is the perfect location to unplug and unwind! Like "old world" Florida, with no high rises and no hotels, the cape is unlike anything left in Florida!
