We had 5 days of beach front beauty with our family, quiet and lovely beach all to ourselves, the pool was sparkling clean, and the hot tub warmed us after boogie boarding in the ocean. Gina is a perfect hostess and we arrive feeling greeted by the clean and welcoming feel of the home

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this well appointed, lovely house that is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the clubhouse where the pool, tennis courts and bocce ball court are located. Gina is a great host. We definitely plan on returning!

Communications and follow-up were superb. The special touches from the welcoming gift to the stocked coffee bar to the beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys made the stay delightful. Definitely a great place to stay and enjoy with family.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! The home was beautiful, right on the beach, and we were fortunate to have fabulous weather. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and all the thoughtful extras made our stay feel like we were in our own home. From beach towels and chairs to games to enjoy together, it was clear that a lot of care went into making sure guests had everything they needed.What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was Gina. Her communication was outstanding, and she was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and attentive to our needs. When an unexpected issue arose during our stay, she went above and beyond to address it. She took ownership, was proactive in finding solutions, and showed genuine care and generosity in making things right. Her thoughtfulness went far beyond what we expected.The home, the beachfront location, and especially Gina’s hospitality made this a wonderful stay. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and would absolutely return in the future!

This was our second stay here-- the perfect beachside home away from home for our family vacation! It is clean, comfortable and well appointed--everything we needed for our wonderful week there. Easy communication with the host and we hope to stay there again the next time we visit the Monterey area.

We had a wonderful family vacation here and I can’t think of a more perfect place to stay! Stunning beach, dune and sunset views from the comfy living/dining room. Comfortable beds. Every room wonderfully stocked with items for any need….young or old. Perfect location for all the sights north and south. Gina was very responsive and helpful in every way. Would definitely recommend and return!

This was a lovely place with a good view of the ocean and right on the beach . The kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of sand toys and games for the kids and family. We would stay there again. The host was very accommodating and helpful :)

Wonderful spot in an ideal location. We spent a week on a multi-generational birthday celebration. The crew included 3 little boys 6 and under. The place was perfect - lots of beach toys, well appointed kitchen, not a lot of easily breakable “stuff”. Gina was always (unobtrusively) available. Nice to be out if the way but with easy access to the Monterey Aquarium, Pacific Grove tidal pools, hikes through parks, amazing produce stands, swim able beaches (but with VERY cold water, this in late June). We had a great time.

Beautiful beach side home with large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The house was equipped with anything a guest may need. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and we found everything we needed to prepare several meals! We would highly recommend this home. Communication with the host was awesome - she was very helpful and gracious.

The house, view and community are exactly as described. Gina made things super easy and enjoyable with great communication and check ins to make sure things were as expected. Working as motorsport photographers, we were in town to shoot the IMSA race at Laguna Seca and the house had just the right distance from the track. Easy and reasonable drive to it but at the same time, enough away from it to make you feel like you have some separation (IYKYK).

Spacious house with attention to detail and welcoming layout. Unobstructed view of ocean within a bay affording nice sandy beach walks. Gina, the host was incredible, responding quickly to questions we had from the day we booked the reservation to our final departure date. The house offered all of the essentials and then some. Proximity to Monterey and Aquarium was good. Great hot tub near the house. There were three generations aim our family all told and each of us had a great time
A run on the beach a few yards from the house.
Lots of fun for shoe wearers - small medium and large.
