wonderful Bayside rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great house if you like to fish. There is an outddoor fish cleaning station that is very convenient. The house itself is nice with lots of skylights. That being said, some curtains for the skylights are needed for those who want to nap during the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cat Point Hideaway was just as described and perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was plenty large and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. Hot tub and outdoor shower were great. The location was the best, very private, great for dogs, perfect for strolling along the bay, and easy to get to SGI, Apalachicola and other destinations. We enjoyed and would stay again.

Let’s keep in mind this was our 4th time using this rental. 5 adults no kids. My husband and I wanted to try a different rental but the rest of the group wanted to stay at the same place. And 1 reason only is the location. The location is great. Secluded and right on the water. But still close to everything else. Here’s the down fall that left us disappointed. The kitchen was not fully equipped. One of the burner doesn’t work and one of the cabinets doors has a broken hinge. When cooking you have to search high and low for what you need. Pots set are terrible. Cleanliness does not exist. Floors feel like it hasn’t been swept in who knows. Super dusty everywhere. Outdoor table hasn’t been cleaned and furniture as well. Not totally sure why they charge a cleaning fee, when just about everything everywhere is so dirty. The mattresses have hair and fur all over as well. The house is currently on the market for sale. Regardless if it’s up next year for rental, we won’t be coming back,

Family fun!!

This was a fantastic home. Well stocked kitchen which is important to us since we cook meals. We throughly enjoyed the seclusion and peacefulness of the location. Great boat ramp just up the road and ample parking at public beach access on St. George island

Great location and house

Really loved the house and the property. Private beach area was wonderful. We enjoyed having our dogs there and walking without meeting a lot of other people. House was comfortable for 6 adults and had everything we needed. Will be back!

Eastpoint retreat

This propert was absolutely stunning! The views are incredible. The foshing was top notch. We caught more of the beach than on our charter. The house was clean and comfortable. Every one agreed it was one of our best vacation stays yet. We travel every year for christmas.

The dishwasher needed a bottom rack. The stove top didn't work on the left side. But not a big deal. Overall, the house was perfect. Lovely view, comfortable air conditioner, showers nice.

Amazing location

We loved the location: isolated yet perfectly located right close to both bridges (st George and apalachicola) the place was very clean and throughly appreciated the second thermostat upstairs. The only recommendation for improvement would be the master bed room mattress it wasn’t very comfortable but overall we would stay here again due to the positive experience and most of all the location.

Great house and close to everything!

We stayed at the house and it was wonderful as it was close to everything we needed to do. It is in Eastpoint and has a lovely sunrise view…we had work to do in both Apalachacola and St George Island and it was right in the middle of both locations! They could have been a little more generous with guest towels but we washed them and made do plus brought extra towels. Great house and great stay! We will rent again!
