Welcome to Pointe Santo and the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will love this 2nd floor corner condo which has been updated and has a costal vibe.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware and essentials to make you feel right at home. White cabinets, granite counter tops and a dining room table makes this space perfect for an amazing vacation. The dining room opens up to the inviting living room with a comfortable couch and love seat. Sliding glass doors open to the spacious screened lanai with views of the Gulf of Mexico and a high table and 4 chairs to enjoy the views day or night. The master suite has a comfortable king bed, flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master bathroom features a large closet, ample counter space with double vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. The guest room includes 2 double beds, a dresser and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom features a large vanity and an updated walk-in tiled shower.
You can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai with picturesque views of the Gulf. You can access the lanai from both the living room and the master bedroom.

We offer our outdoor owners closet that which is very close to the elevator and it includes; beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. We also supply 4 beach towels in the condo that should left when departing.


Spend a day at the farmers market open on Sunday from 1-8 pm (Oct – May) and make a freshly cooked meal in the well stocked kitchen or enjoy many of the great restaurants on the island.

The luxury that you will enjoy in D21:

Master Bedroom: King Bed, TV, Balcony Access, and Private bath (walk in shower, no bathtub). Plenty of cabinet space for storage.
Guest Room: 2 double beds, TV. Access to full guest bathroom.
2nd Bathroom with access from guestroom and living area.
Living Room has Queen Sleeper Sofa
From your screened lanai you can enjoy the gulf breeze, and a tropical view.

Pointe Santo is a NON-SMOKING complex. There is smoking allowed only in designated areas. Smoking is not allowed on lanais.
All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday and no rentals are less than 1 week.

No master closet

The condo was in a fantastic location and easy to get to attractions. I was disappointed by the lack of a closet in the master bedroom. The only place to hang clothes was in a utility closet with old paint supplies.

Paradise

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. The location is amazing. We walked right out the back door, down the stairs and straight to the beach to watch every sunrise and sunset. Every day was amazing. There are lounge chairs set up with an ocean view for all to enjoy. Long walks on the beach, shelling and my SIL caught a baby hammer head shark directly in front of the condo. It was an amazing time. This condo was recently redecorated and it’s beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Don’t hesitate to stay in this condo. You will love it.

We loved the condo. The property was beautiful. The grounds were well maintained. with a view of the pond and the beach from the screened porch. We loved the layout of the updated condo. The rooms were large and comfortable. They had everything you could possibly need. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful beachfront condo

We've stayed here before, love Sanibel and this location, although this was our first stay in this particular unit. The condo was well equipped and convenient to all we had planned. The owner gave us some good recommendations for food and restaurants such that we enjoyed cooking in house and going out a few times. Owner was very responsive when we had a few questions.

What a peaceful vacation!

Thanks for sharing your condo with us, it is very comfortable and well equipped. Having the beach chairs and coolers etc was great! We ended up renting an umbrella after a few days of strong winds on the beach but not a big deal. We also rented bikes which was a lot of fun! Can’t wait to go back! Very clean condo!!

This is the one.

If you've gotten this far, I'm going to assume you have settled on Sanibel Island. Good choice. I will limit my review to the property and this specific unit. I have been vacationing on Sanibel Island since 1978 and would argue that Pointe Santo de Sanibel is the best maintained property on the island. And, it seems to have gotten even better. It has all the amenities (pool, pickleball, etc.) that are listed in other reviews. But what sets this place apart, is the maintenance staff. I know that sounds crazy, but hear me out. The maintenance staff is out at the crack of dawn laying out the recreation equipment, wiping down chairs, preparing the bbqs for the day. They hustle the kids out of the pool during adult swim. When we were there this spring, I saw a gentleman break the electric starter on a grill. It was in pieces. He left it on the grill for the maintenance staff to find. The grill was repaired before lunch the next day. Now the important part, the condo. Did I mention I have been here a lot? I have stayed in a dozen different units at Pointe Santo and I'm hoping this is the last one. The unit has been remodeled to maximize every square inch. It "feels" bigger than the other units. Everything is brand new. The unit had absolutely everything we needed, as listed in the description. One thing that truly sets this unit apart is that the owners give you access to their outdoor storage closet. This is where most owners lock away the stuff they use for themselves. Not here. The owners give you full access to all of their gear (chairs, tennis rackets, pool toys, beach toys, etc.) which saves a fortune if you are traveling with family. If you are traveling to Sanibel, you will do no better than D-21.

My husband, children and I had a great time in Sanibel at this property. It was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The owners were very responsive.

Couldn’t ask for more!

My family stayed for a week and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. The large kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. Everyone slept so well as the rooms were comfortable and cozy. The location was a short bike ride to the local grocery which was very convenient. We made great memories and will be sure to return. We miss it already!

Beautiful property and great location!

This was our first time on Sanibel! We LOVED it. The location of the resort was perfect and is right in the middle of the island. If you are looking for shells you will be in heaven. We will be returning!

Another great stay at Pte. Santo!

So we stumbled upon this property somewhat last minute and are glad we did. Great unit with lots of new appliances, bikes, new pickle ball courts and great end unit location. But, similar to Pte. Santo fashion - another new friend made with a great owner who was responsive, helpful and wanted to make sure we felt at home. Thanks Julita for making your home "our home" for the week and for your communication and thoroughness! We look forward to returning!

Our family purchased this condo in Sept 2020 and recently remolded the entire unit. We are all very excited to be part of the Pointe Santo community and offer our property to others to enjoy. Once we are retired it is our long term vision to spend more time in Sanibel and enjoy all the beauty the island has to offer. We choose Pointe Santo due to the proximately to the Gulf of Mexico and all of the amenities that had to offer. The grounds are beautiful and are very well kept. The staff is wonderful and it so family orientated.

Several of the main benefits are a gulf side pool and whirlpool, a clubhouse, 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard, beach volleyball and a supervised children's program. The lagoon crisscrossed by quaint bridges and walkways, Tiki huts and BBQ grills.
