Beautiful 6 Bedroom, 4.5 bath villa, offer's a truly upscale experience for those who love vacations. In the gated Emerald Island Resort is perfectly situated near Disney theme park. On the first bedroom will find one master king with private bathroom. On the second floor you will find the other bedrooms and the loft with a futon and a tv. The community of Emerald Island is quiet, with security. Very spacious floor plan for accommodating and entertaining family and friends. The large open plan Living Room has sliding glass doors that open up to a gorgeous screened in pool and outdoor space. Garage is converted to a game room with billiard and air hockey tables. The master bedroom, you can enjoy a good night’s rest in your very own king size bed. Furthermore, you have your very own 46 inch Flat screen TV so that you may enjoy your favorite programs. This Emerald Island rental has 5 additional bedrooms 2 of which offer large beds and the remaining 3 offer single beds, and full-size bed. The loft up-stairs has a convertible sofa-bed, with a 46-TV. This Florida vacation home near Disney World accommodate up to 15 guests. Then this is the Emerald Island Rental villa for you.

As for the bathrooms there's no need to worry, an additional 4.5 baths are available which offer convenience for all your guests. It’s a combination of practicality and beauty.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 74 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.
The minimum age required is 18.

There is a fee of $20 per car pass, this payment has to be made at the security gate. It is a one-time fee.

OMG THE FLIES

When we arrived on Sunday , all trash cans were completely full. The flies were unbearable. The site manager came and emptied 1/2 of a trash can for us , but we had to endure the trash until Thurs on regular trash pickup. Disgusting. We also paid to use the grill. The grill was full of water, grease , mold , maggots and FLIES. AGAIN DISGUSTING.

Had high hopes for this house but ended up being a bit of a dissapointment

We booked this property to celebrate my nephew's birthday altogether as a family and when we saw the listing I was impressed with the pictures and description so we went ahead and booked it. Unfortunately lots of things when wrong during our stay (to be fair, a few of them were addressed) Let's start with cleanliness... When we got there the house was infested with flies (dead and alive) around the first floor of the house. It was completely out of hand... and although the outside of the house was fumigated on the SECOND day, after many many complaints, the flies still came back the third day. There must have been some dead animal or something near the house attracting the flies which should have been treated/solved by the property owner before having any guests come into the house. Aside from the flies, the carpeted area around the house was extremely dirty and the pool water was not very clean. Bathrooms, linens and beds were clean. Next there was a big hole in the screen surrounding the pool area, so bugs, dirt, lizards, etc, were coming into the pool through that hole. I reported it first day and it was never solved. The house next to us had the same issue and a guy came in and fixed their screen within minutes, so it was definitely doable. Third issue was regarding the pool. On the second day we noticed the water was not circulating so we reported this as well and luckily they did send someone to clean the pool and fix the issue within a couple of hours, however, this left the pool "unusable" for more than half of our day... you can imagine how the children felt about not using the pool... We had other issues: noisy neighbors (not the property owner's fault), entrance key card not working, rude staff at the place where you get the key card, water leaking through one of the AC vents, and other minor items that were not reported to the property owner. Not saying you should avoid this place but make sure these things get addressed before booking it.

Birthday House

My son loved his birthday house. We couldn't of asked for a better. I would of gave 5 stars. But small details were off. All the kids enjoyed the pool. I look forward to doing this again next year.

Disorganized

I really wanted to love this vacation stay. Truly. When we arrived, I had to place a $$ deposit on a gate card. The office wasn't open before we departed, so I had to eat the deposit. Next, the house smelled strongly of weed and still had party decorations half up in random places. The cleanliness was SUBPAR at best. I didn't even use the bed pillows because they had questionable white stains and smelled unwashed. They are SUPER STRICT about the trash schedule and have a lot of rules about how to put it in the can, our can was overflowing with party trash in all 3 bins and a hoard of flies stayed on them the entire trip and would lurk into the patio and swarm any food we had. Then not even 24 hours in, our vent in the laundry room was POURING WATER from the ceiling and even filling the light fixture. There was no emergency maintenance line. The staff refused to give me a number to call and instead only used email to communicate. They didnt even send people until 5pm the next day. The light is still filled with water and is a major fire hazard for the next guests. The ceiling is still filled with water damage stains. They told us to standby on the trash since we couldn't use the bins the whole time, and never replied again. I asked for a late checkout and they denied it because they had more people checking in at 4. IN A HOUSE WITH HAZARDS AND WATER DAMAGE AND MOST LIKELY MOLD GROWING. One of the most unprofessional and uncaring businesses I've ever encountered. Not once was I offered anything to make up for the sideshow of a stay we had. The water stayed glacier our entire stay, so I recommend paying the extra $$$ to heat the pool. On to the neighborhood, the people to our right were several families deep in one house and stayed outside partying late as hell, letting their kids SCREAAAAM well into the night. The area gets real shady in the evening and honestly, for being gated, there's a lot of questionable people lurking around. I would rent a house again, but NEVER from Orlando short term rental. Not for that price and the worst customer service.
