Enjoy the wildlife in the pond directly behind this beach home! This cottage-style, two-story three-bedroom, two-bath home on pilings is just one-and-a-half miles to the beach in Bethany Beach! Located in in the quiet coastal community for Bahamas Beach Cottages, this coastal getaway's vaulted ceiling creates both space and light. The first floor features well-equipped kitchen, open living room and master suite, while the top floor offers the two remaining bedrooms and a full hall bath. Guests can enjoy a screened-in porch, two patios on the ground floor, and an additional outdoor porch!

Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more are available for guest enjoyment. A DVD player, Netflix-capable TV with guest's own account, all new Roku televisions with Roku TV and streaming services, gas grill, outside shower, and WiFi. The gas fireplace is also available for guest use

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
