We enjoyed our 6 week stay at the house. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The pool was delightful and I attended the free water aerobics twice a week while the pool was open.

The house space was ideal for our two families, enough room for the nine of us to be comfortable. It was a disappointment that the grill was not in working order, even though it is listed as available. Other reviews had identified that the grill needed replacing and had been responded to, so we were surprised it was still not usable. This would not keep us from staying here again.

Clean and private. Only hurdle is finding beach parking, but that has nothing to do with this property. Very roomy.

Great week at the shore!

House was very functional for our family and the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs! Very quiet neighborhood that was walkable and we loved having access to the community pool.

Perfect girls weekend gateway!

The property was in the perfect location. Close to beach and shops. Communication with the host was a breeze. The property was clean, well maintained and had all the essentials you would need for a great weekend. Had so much fun and hope to be back in the future.

Perfect for us.

Great house for our families last minute trip. Plenty of space for kids to relax and having the basement tv area for them was great. The beaches were a short drive and neighborhood was quiet which was perfect for us. The community pool was big and close enough to walk to the kids loved it. Overall we had a great experience and with the 4 kids having a washer and dryer in the house was a blessing.

Bethany Beach

The property was great, 5 min to the beach! 3 full bathrooms spread out over 3 floors. The beds were comfortable and the place perfectly met our needs! The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Overall a great vacation! I appreciated that we had shampoo and soap in each bathroom. Also thinks like salt and pepper were there too. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautifully renovated townhouse with ample room

Owner was a pleasure to work with. Our sports schedule changed last minute for to weather and this owner asked an early check in which saved the day after a long drove and bad weather. Place was exceptionally clean and well done. It had everything my family needed and a lot of room to spread out. Master probably had the most comfortable bed I've slept in while on vacation. Kids liked the space. Pool was great for the family as well.

Short

My family and I were very pleased with the property. We enjoyed all the space. The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing. We would stay here again. Just the grill was not clean and appeared to have rust, no cable, but we knew that coming in. Overall, our stay was great the host readily accessible. My wife and kids were very happy with our stay and thats alot to say. Thank you Heather.

We are so glad you had a nice time and enjoyed your stay! The grill is the responsibility of the guests to clean after use, however it sounds like we may need to replace the grates all together- thank you for bringing that to our attention! And yes, since most people these days stream almost everything for their entertainment, we do forgo cable and pass that savings along to our guests! Thank you for your review and we hope to host you again in the future!

Family vacation

Very clean, nice, and well stocked property. Laundry was convenient. Lots of space for all. No cable anywhere or TV’s in bedrooms and though we knew that going in, it proved to be difficult for some. Lots of bugs outside, due to odd water feature. A lot of stairs. Overall it worked well for what we needed. Thank you.

4th of July in Bethany Beach

This beautiful town home comfortably fit our family of 10 for a wonderful week together. From the moment we found it on VRBO Heather was so wonderful to communicate with. She answered all my questions in such a timely manner! Felt like having a new friend! :) The town home is beautifully decorated and Heather has thought of everything to make your stay extra comfortable including a crock pot, several pyrex dishes, bowls, extra pillows, and extra comforters. We loved the deck off the kitchen and the easy walk to the pool. With our adult children coming from different locations there were plenty of parking spaces for our 4 cars. Its also a very easy drive into the beach! We will be back!!!

Nice but…..

The house itself is nice and roomy but there were a few things I would critique. First off the pull out couch in the basement was terrible. Springs fell out the first time we opened it. The barbecue was left with old food on it. There wasn’t even toilet paper to make it through the first night. We were told the o Lu thing g we needed to bring was aheets and towels. I never imagined we needed to bring our own toilet paper. There is a bad ant problem in the kitchen. We woke one morning to find ants all over the kitchen counter/sink. The house is for 10 people but there are o my 2 tvs in the entire 3 floor house and the only way to watch tv was by logging into our personal streaming sites. Lastly the temperature control. We would set the temperature but it would keep going back to whatever the owner set it for which was way too hot for sleeping. All night we would get up and check the thermostat and lower it.

Thank you for your review! The ants have been a problem we have been dealing with these last few weeks- so sorry they were a problem for you! I do wish you would have reached out to the number I gave you because someone could have come to spray the same day. On the listing it states that the tvs only have streaming with a fire stick, no cable. Disposable items are not included, although we do have some things that we encourage the house keeper to restock for convenience. Only two tvs are shown on the listing, so not sure why more would have been expected. We do apologize for the couch and temperature changing back, but again, a text could have solved those things as well.
