A great family getaway

Wonderful place and incredible location!!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The hosts Tricia and Eric were fabulous and quick to respond to anything we needed. The place was neat, clean and just as advertised. We will be back.

Fantastic place and location

Tricia was great! Great communication and easy check-in process. Place is outstanding. Great location and view. It was perfect for our family (family of 4). Next time we are in Marco we will definitely consider staying here again.

Impressive rental

We really enjoyed our stay at the unit. It was very accommodating, is in a great location and Tricia ensured we had anything we needed. This was our first time to Marco Island and we will be back!

Wonderful relaxing getaway

Tricia’s place exceeded our expectations. Location was beautiful. Ocean views and of the island from all windows. Beach was easily accessible. Nice and quiet and plenty of room for our family. Beautifully renovated with a very useful kitchen. Perfect vacation spot!

Spring 2023

Great property. The condo was gorgeous and the host was accommodating, very detailed with check in and out process and answered any questions very quickly. I would stay there again.

Our experience was excellent! The property was exactly as presented! The host made everything extremely easy and was very easy to communicate with if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this host and the property!

What a great week

This condo has everything you need for a great week at the beach. Well decorated, very clean, and a current renovation. We stayed for a week, but we wish it would have been longer. I suspect we will be back.

Wonderful condo with striking view

A wonderfully-maintained condo, light and spacious with clean everything and a large lanai. Great view of Tiger Tail sand, estuary, pool, and the gulf. Host Tricia is on top of things and strives to answer every question quickly. Super easy check-in and just a comfortable, stunning place to relax on the beach.

Marco Island

It was hot but still a great trip. We had a tremendous view from the condo and could still enjoy at peak sun. So much to do a puns Marco Island and restaurants were pretty available. Our host thought of so many things which made our trip easier.

Gorgeous Marco Island Condo

This is a gorgeous condo with everything we could imagine in making our stay conformable, the condo was impeccably clean and decorated very nicely, the morning and evening views are breath taking to say the least as well a beautiful pool area and well-maintained grounds. We plan on revisiting here again ! Our Host Tricia was unbelievable from our arrival, checking in with during our stay and our departure, she is one of king making traveling less stressful and relaxing

Gorgeous Marco Island Condo

This condo is just gorgeous! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a spectacular ocean view. The condo is modern, bright and clean and well equipped with everything you would need to be comfortable. We enjoyed walks in the white sand beaches and relaxing by the beautiful heated pool. Tricia, the owner is so sweet and is a great communicator. We would return again for sure!!

Beautiful Marco!

This is a wonderful property right on the beach with a pool. The complex is right in front of Tigertail beach/lagoon, which has wonderful wildlife & a place where you can cross the lagoon to the beach & great for the kids to explore. The beaches have amazing shells too! There is so much to do right outside your door. The unit is well equipped with supplies & for the beach - the cart made it easy to take all the gear!

Great stay

We've stayed in the South Seas Towers condos before. We like the location and we knew the properties are taken care of very well. This particular condo we leased from Tricia - very clean, excellent conditions and great view looking directly at the Gulf. Also, Tricia provides very thorough instruction booklet. No issues at all. Highly Recommended.

Amazing Condo and Host

This condo has everything you need. We love that the 2nd bedroom has 2 beds for our kids. We also love having a view of the pool and amazing sunsets. Tricia is amazing and makes sure we have what we need. The biggest downside is the long walk to the beach, but it's worth it. 10/10

Fabulous new year in Marco!

We had a great trip. Tricia was fabulous to deal with. The condo is beautiful with gorgeous views. Immaculate. The amenities in the condo made traveling from Chicago much easier as they had chairs, towels, cooler, etc. for the beach. We are a family of 6 and it worked out well. Would definitely recommend and return.

Christmas break

Everything about this property was as described and better! The manager was very accessible and quick to answer any and all questions. The location speaks for itself, the sunsets were amazing and walkable to several restaurants in the area. The condo was very clean and had everything any renter would need from beach items, kitchen items to cook with, and luxury bath toiletries. The property is also clean, well managed and offers several amenities. We will refer people to this condo and will also rent this unit next time we visit Marco Island.

Amazing Condo / Beautiful Marco Island

The condo has many great qualities for couples and families. The view is spectacular. Sunsets, bird watching, people watching, the beach, the pool all amazing. It was nice waking up and having coffee on the balcony just observing the happenings around the complex. So many restaurants to experience in Marco Island. Many things to do for anyone. Tricia was an exceptional host in our prep and understanding of the condo and Marco Island. We would definitely come back in the future.
