Sea Nook is at the Beach!

Welcome to Sea Nook! This quaint condo is located in the Terraces at Beachside, a small 15-unit oceanfront complex with direct beach access. Very quiet, clean and comfortable, it is the perfect place for an Amelia Island getaway or retreat. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, HDTV and wireless internet access.

The unit has been recently remodeled and now has a king size bed. Beach towels, a couple chairs, a cooler, and two bicycles are provided with the condo. The building is locked 24/7 and access is only possible with a code and/or provided keys.

Conveniently, there is a restaurant next door with a patio that is perfect for lunch and dinner, or for enjoying cocktails after a day spent at the beach.

The Terraces at Beachside is located 200 yards from Fort Clinch State Park and a 1/4 mile from the entrance to the Egan's Creek Greenway. The historic town of Fernandina Beach is a short one-mile car or bike ride away. Stroll the streets of Fernandina and visit the museums, shops and fine restaurants. The marina is a great place to catch the sunset.

If this unit is not exactly what you are looking for or if you are traveling with family or friends, take a look at our other two properties on this floor (102 and 103 Terraces at Beachside) - as we have a total of three units there. We also manage 201 Terraces at Beachside on the next level up as well.

*Please note that this building is smoke free and pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Our property does not have ocean views and it does not have a balcony or outdoor living space.

We were traveling for our stay at the Mayo Clinic dinner downtown at the patio is amazing. The twisted restaurant for breakfast was amazing and the location was central to everything.

Great get away!

This was a great place for me and my partner to get away for the weekend. It's right on the beach, easy to get to Fernandina, and clean and comfortable!

Location and property excellent

This apartment is clean and comfortable and perfectly located at the beach and kitty corner to a great restaurant, Salt Life. The property manager sent timely messages with clear information.

Nice little getaway

This little condo had absolutely everything we needed. We enjoyed the restaurant and the beach within ‘throwing’ distance. Very clean, quiet, safe. Perfect for two people.

Convenient to the beach

This condo is in a great location with a few extras like bicycles and beach chairs! Wish the “beach view” was better but you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. It was a very clean condo!

Great time!

Beautiful accommodations, and I love how everything was clearly explained per check-in and check-out via text and in-suite, including instructions on bikes, washer/dryer, TV, etc. Staff was happy to accommodate with a change in pillows and extra blankets. Suite was immaculately clean. Steps from the beach and Sandbar Restaurant! While we would definitely book with this property management company again, we would pick a different suite with less foot traffic outside the windows (the windows face the pool and a parking lot). Overall, great price and value!

My stay at 105

This place was exactly what I was looking for (for 2 people). It was nice, very clean, great location (Main Beach) and very easy to access. The communication with the owner Jeff was fantastic!! (I owe you a beer). I definitely plan to come back soon and stay and hopefully next time I/we can line up a fishing trip. Thanks again for everything.

Condo was very nice. The issue is, right outside your window is a pool and a parking lot for the adjacent building. Lots of noise, pool maintenance at 7:15 in the morning are cleaning the pool talking, and using a leaf blower. This pool is also right outside the bedroom. Difficult to go to sleep. Couldn’t open the window shades because you are literally, 6 feet from the pool and parking lot. Motorcycle setup their battery charger next to window

A nice place to chillax

I was looking for a nice getaway spot for some alone time for self reflection, reading, and writing and found that right here on Amelia Island. I will be back, next time with my wife and some other family members.

Very nice condo

It was a wonderful location. The condo was beautiful. The only drawback is you are looking out at pool and parking lot. I always put in ocean front so you are looking out at ocean. But theses condos had another building in front of it.
