Beautiful Apartment (3P) of 46 m2 with a small courtyard, renovated, less than 3 km from the Porte d'Orléans and 2 minutes from the RER B station in Arcueil-Cachan. Located in the Grange Ory Lumière district, very quiet, and close to all shops

We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this accommodation. Everything was clean, well maintained and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the host, who was always available, responded very quickly to our messages and made sure we felt well looked after throughout our stay. He is a very reliable and attentive host.The accommodation is located in a quiet suburb of Paris, which we really enjoyed, while still offering easy and quick access to the city centre by public transport. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Cachan - a lovely flat with plenty of space for four people, clean, modern and with great transport links to Paris. The neighbourhood has everything you need: shops, a bakery, and a pleasant, safe environment. Communication with the host was perfect – all queries were answered very promptly. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and easy to follow. Many thanks for everything.

We had an excellent stay at this property. We are a family of 4 so had plenty of room and the property had a nice kitchen and bathroom in a modern style. The train is only a few minutes away and a quick ride into the city, excellent base for exploring the city from. Very close by is a big Intermarche supermarket and some local restaurants and takeaways and two boulangeries. The host is quick to respond to any queries so very helpful.

It was a quiet peaceful neighborhood and just a short metro ride to Paris. Yao was a wonderful host and very responsive to our questions and also had nice recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood.

This is such a great place for visiting Paris. It is very close to the train station. The place was clean, cute, and had everything we needed. Bonus was it had a clothes washer! One thing to be aware of is there is no AC, so be aware of this. Coming in summer and then having a heatwave made for a really uncomfortable temperature inside the house. Being from Florida, we were used to the heat but not having AC was rough. I do wish they would've had even a window unit or something. Anyways, we would absolutely stay again but probably not in summer due to unpredictable with the weather/ temperature:). The house was great, communication was easy, and we loved the easy check in/ out system.

Apartment was in a great spot, close to the RER, so we enjoyed the quiet of not being in the tourist areas, but easy to get to everything we wanted to see. Host was communicative and worked with our travel schedule to help us get settled in quickly.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment had plenty of space and amenities for our family of 5. it was also conveniently located close to the train station.

This is such a lovely stay! The host allowed us to check in quite early to accommodate our flight arrival. The descriptors for accessing the property in the listing were very clear. It was very easy to access the train station and only a 15 minute ride into the city. I’d highly recommend!

Superb apartment for a family of 4 (2 kids aged 4 and 6 as we are). The apartment is actually nicer than the photos suggest, you are able to self check in and out, it is welcoming, clean, and feels homely. A perfect place to stay to explore Paris from. I will book again and will also inform others about this gem. The host, Yao, was friendly and responds almost instantly.

Exactly as described with prompt and easy to understood communication from the host. Clean and tidy, comfy beds and a safe and nice area. Quick access into Paris from the station 3 minutes walk away and a nice bakery at the end of the road. Its a quiet area and both rooms have space for a travel cot and good dark curtains ideal for helping the kids to sleep.

Nice clean place. Figuring out how to work the keys and locks was bit of an escape room but once we did, they worked fine. Close to 2 metro lines and grocery store. No air conditioning but the place had 2 portable fans. Overall, we would stay again.

Cute little house in quiet street

This is a cute little house in a quiet street. It feels like you're in a French village, but there's an RER station at 3 mins walk and it's a mere 15 mins to Notre Dame. The two bedrooms are fine, with good blackout shutters. The sofa in the living room is spacious but very firm and there's quite a lot of light coming from the bathroom windows in the morning. There's no air-conditioning, but it's easy to ventilate and cool the house in the evening and during the night. This was our second stay here and we would stay again.

Needs TLC

This property is in a good location and is a good size. When we walked in the door, it smelled damp. I thought maybe it was unused for a while however keeping the windows open did not help. The bathroom needs a complete remodel to remove dampness issues and to provide more privacy. The owner said he planned to renovate in May. If he does, this will be a great place to stay.

Host: Very friendly and responds quickly to questions. Before arriving, we received all the information we needed about the area and the apartment, down to the smallest détails. Apartment: very nice and clean apartment, just a few minutes from the train station. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. The furnishings were great. There were five of us, and there were exactly five towels. There was a floor towel in the bathroom, but we missed a hand towel. We didn't realize there were a lot of mosquitoes outside and didn't pay attention to closing the windows and door early on the first day. However, the apartment had an electric insect catcher and insect repellent spray. So we were well-prepared for the next few days :) Overall, we felt very comfortable in the apartment and would book it again the next Time we visit Paris. We've already told friends about this apartment and shared the link. We highly recommend it!

Cute house in a village like neighbourhood

This is a cute house in a quiet and village like neighbourhood. It's just a few minutes walk from RER line B with a direct, frequent and fast connection to the center of Paris and Gare du Nord. The house is compact but it has an efficient layout which makes it feel more spacious than it is. Everything is spotlessly clean and in good working order. The kitchen has all the amenities one needs. The shower is spacious and with good pressure and temperature. The mattress in one of the bedrooms is a bit thin and hard. The sofa bed in the living room is IKEA quality. Theoretically the house could accommodate six people, but it's really not big enough for that. We were two adults and one child and it suited us perfectly, except that there are only two chairs at the dining table.

Good location to the train, which took us right into Paris within about 15 minutes. Parking was tricky- so if you have a car, you might have some trouble- but otherwise, great location.

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet suburb, which was nice to come home to after a busy day sightseeing in central Paris. Yao was always prompt and helpful with communication. There were bakeries, a supermarket, and a casual crepe restaurant on the main street about 5 minutes away, so we could run out for breakfast necessities each morning. The RER B line is about 5 minutes walk away and a Metro line is 15 minutes walk away so you have transportation choices. We were happy here and would stay again!
