The Space:

Perfectly positioned steps from the sand, this newly constructed home places you in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach’s Grayton community, surrounded by walkable restaurants, local bars, and shops. The setting balances beachside energy with the ease of leaving the car behind, letting you move effortlessly between the shoreline and the neighborhood.



The space

Designed for large gatherings, the home offers 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths, with space to sleep up to 26 guests. Sun-filled interiors connect seamlessly with outdoor living areas, creating natural flow throughout each level. White oak hardwood floors, imported tile, and custom finishes appear throughout, reflecting the thoughtful craftsmanship of this brand-new build.



The first floor is centered around shared experiences. A game room with a pool table opens to a living area with a wet bar, creating a comfortable place to unwind after a day at the beach. Large doors lead directly outside, where the private pool, spa-style hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace lounge overlook the backyard and invite lingering conversations well into the evening.



Kitchen & living

A full gourmet chef’s kitchen anchors the upper level, equipped with GE Monogram appliances, custom cabinetry, and generous refrigeration that supports cooking for groups. Nearby dining and living spaces make it easy to gather for meals, games, or relaxed downtime, while balconies extend the living space outdoors.



Sleeping arrangements

Each of the eight private bedroom suites includes its own bath, offering privacy and comfort across all three floors. The layout includes king bedrooms and two bunk bedrooms designed to accommodate larger groups without crowding. Bedrooms are spread throughout the home, creating quiet retreats while keeping common spaces central and accessible.



Outdoor living

Multiple balconies and a panoramic rooftop deck provide elevated vantage points for taking in Gulf views and coastal sunsets. The private pool and hot tub form the centerpiece of the backyard, complemented by outdoor seating, a fire pit, and grilling space. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request for an additional fee.

The home includes an elevator, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, beach access, beach essentials, free parking on premises, and self check-in with a smart lock. Long-term stays are allowed. Pets are not permitted.
