Relaxing Vacay on the beach!

We loved the location especially being right next to the beach! Definitely had plenty of space to spreaded out with 10 of us there. Would definitely stay again

Great for big groups!

We had a great time in the property, we have enough space for everyone in our group!.. At the same time we had a great common area on the 2nd floor for lounging. Easy access to the beach. We had few hiccups, on arrival like wifi access, AC issue and a TV in one room not working but they were very accommodating and communicating with them is not an issue. Will definitely recommend this place to stay!

Great location to beach

Everything was good except the house needed to have cleaner sheets and mattresses. The listing is somewhat misleading when you look at bedrooms. There for 4 bedrooms on the bottom floor and one on next two floors. We had 11 people with our group and was hoping to space out between the floors but could not with the majority of bedrooms on the 1st floor. The house has easy access to the beach and the road has hardly any traffic.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The cleanliness however needed a lot of work.

The house was absolutely beautiful! However it was very dirty and when we drove up there was trash piled up on the side everywhere. The sheets were filthy and there was sand in the beds. Three of the rooms didn’t even have sheets and comforters and there was trash left inside from the previous occupants. The second story dryer was also broken. The house was absolutely beautiful but the cleaning service was terrible at the house was in squalor.

Amazing property

I was under the impression the property was 4 separate unirse and we'd have to exit one to get into the other. It's not! It worked out perfectly for our group. We were half adults half kids (9 months old -17 years old). All families had their private space and was able to hang out in the main floor whenever they wanted. It's very soundproof so no matter how much noise we made on the main floor it wasn't heard downstairs. The proximity to the beach was also very welcomed. The street you cross isn't a main straight so hardly any cars go there. There is ample parking. Probably a good 7 cars can fit. Overall, everyone enjoyed the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house close to the beach

My family and I had a great stay and loved the house. It did need a bit of work but I read where it did just sell in March. The work it needed wasn’t anything to make our stay unpleasant. It isn’t kid friendly though. We had my 2 yo granddaughter and she wanted to play on steps and the access doors needed to have deadbolts inside to lock so she couldn’t open the door. We had to prop something against door to keep her from opening and running out. Overall we LOVED the house and would definitely rent again. It accommodated all of us and we had plenty of room. There were 8 adults and a 2 yo and we still had an extra room left. We loved that it was so close to the beach! The house is down a dead end street and the beach access is right across from the house. I highly recommend the house to anyone that has several ppl going.

Great big beach house

Met with some family and friends for a week at the beach and needed to accommodate everyone, this home did a great job! PROS - location: right on the beach access. SO convenient for families with kids' naps, for brining out water, snacks or lunches, and for getting toys hauled back at the end of the day. Beaches not too crowded. Walmart down the road for groceries or household supplies if you need more - size: main initial draw. Plenty of space w room and beds. Layout is a bit odd it but worked great with a good amount of room on the deck and main floor for relaxation and mealtimes. Stairs were dangerously steep for small children so need supervision. - Washer/dryer, dishwashers and enough dishes to get along with for most everything - we were on the beach so barely used them but there are plenty of TVs, almost every room has one for people to chill and watch tv (con is that the remotes will work on other rooms so if someone wants to watch at night they might turn on your TV while you're sleeping, ask em how I know) CONS - Several maintenance calls. They did respond pretty rapidly but there were still some issues. Second floor shower out of commission still. Dryers do function but don't dry well, hung a lot of clothes out to dry - lots of sharp shells on the beach were the waves break, though it's great sand once you get out a bit. Some small wounds from kids playing on the beach on sharp shells, and my own feet. OVERALL: Great spot for groups, would definitely recommend!

Additional Information

This house is located on a dead end street in a quieter section of PCB. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles. Across the street are 2 beach accesses. Take the one that has a boardwalk. The house has 3 levels. Level 1 has 3 separate areas. Areas 1 and 2 are 1BR/1B with sitting areas that have a pull-out sofa. Area 3 is 2BR /1B. All 3 areas have full kitchens, however they are poorly stocked. All 3 areas can be entered via an outside door, each of which has its own entrance code. Level 2 is spacious and contains: 1) The main kitchen. There is a Keruig and a regular coffee maker. Cooking supplies are limited, but adequate. 2) Washer / Dryer 3) Dining area with a large table and seating at the bar. 4) Main living area with 2 pull-out sofas. 5) Balcony with peek-a-boo views of the beach, seating for 8 and a child's picnic table. 6) A bedroom with a separate bath. This area can be entered through an outside door, which has its own code. Outside stairs lead to this level. Level 3 is the Master BR/B. There is a balcony with seating. All 3 floors are connected by an inside stairway, however these stairs are steep and narrow and may be difficult for small children or the elderly to navigate. There is an odor that permeates the house. This is worse on the bottom level. This is NOT the typical musty smell of a beach house, but one of wet moldy wood. We purchased odor neutralizers and placed them throughout the house. These were of limited help. Great house, except for odor.

Perfect Location - Listing Details Need Updated (Layout Incorrect)

Perfect location for families - right across from beach access! There were several activities nearby, and a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. The bedding, furniture, and location were great; however, the layout does not match the online listing. There are three stories. The ground floor has three entrances to three apartments. One two-bedroom apartment and two one-bedroom apartments. They each have a door that meets an interior hallway that provides access to the second floor. Be mindful that the stair access is very steep. The second floor is the main living area, main kitchen and has one bedroom. It has a walk-out balcony. Up another flight of very steep stairs is the master bedroom. There is no tub, as shown in the pictures. The closet has no bar to hang clothes. It also has a walk-out balcony with some great chairs. I believe they are calling the second-floor main living/kitchen with one bedroom and the upstairs master bedroom the second two-bedroom apartment. There is outside access to the second floor. One more important detail: the kitchens were not stocked with all the necessary cooking and eating utensils. We had to borrow from each kitchen to make a full set of everything. Overall, we made the living arrangements work, though they were not ideal. The location and ease of access to the beach were perfect. It is a safe neighborhood and being with family is the most important thing. Although I did have trouble reaching people when I needed help, I was helped well once my calls were returned. I appreciated that.

Enjoyable and close to the beach

This house definitely could use some maintenance and a few things need to be fixed (such as doors not shutting all the way, some loose floor tiles, etc...)but overall it was a great place to stay especially for the price. The easy access to the beach was one of the best parts. We would stay here again.
