• Private Pool Info: The private pool is approximately 35 feet long by 15 feet at the widest. A very nice sized pool that gets plenty of sun! The pool is able to be heated seasonally only for an additional fee. The pool cannot be heated if temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay, and it is not available during the summer months. Pool heat is typically available March-May and September-October, weather permitting. Must call or email us at least two weeks prior to your arrival to confirm pool heat and pay heating fee.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to six cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week.
