Aspen Beach House is a family friendly 5,176sf home (2,794 interior sf) located in Grayton Beach. With 4 bedrooms/5 full baths, Aspen Beach House will sleep up to 12 guests and offers a 21’ x 9’ private heated pool (heating fee applies) and a 5-minute stroll to the beach and “downtown” Grayton. Carport parking for 1 vehicle. Driveway parking for 4 vehicles.

Please NOTE - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
