Upstairs, you’ll find two luxurious master suites, each with an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. Every bedroom is furnished with a television, allowing access to your favorite streaming apps for personal entertainment.

Outside, enjoy ample seating on the deck or poolside patio, perfect for soaking up the sun or dining al fresco. An additional outdoor bathroom is conveniently available for pool guests.

Beach State is a non-smoking unit and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
