Beautiful Sunrises as Advertised

First trip to Amelia but hope to return soon and would definitely stay here again. Condo comfortable and very clean. Everything you need in kitchen though we didn't use it much!Balcony and the view were awesome.

Beautiful view , great pool

Pictures are accurate! Right on the beach with a great view. The pool is big and nice. Only negative comment is that the condo was quite dusty, seemed to need a bit better cleaning.

Well appointed

The property has everything that you need to enjoy a short stay at the beach. But I wonder ... is it customary to only have 1 towel and 1 washcloth her guest for the entire stay? That was inconvenient. The building is older but it's clean, lawns and parking lot are maintained. Personally for our group, it was a hassle to walk across the parking lot to dump trash. We would've preferred a trash chute. We visit Fernandina Beach frequently, we may consider this unit again for a future visit.

Great place to stay!

Loved our time at the condo! Everything was excellent, from check in to check out, staff was amazing. View is spectacular!!!! We will be back this fall!!

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved this beautifully updated and spacious condo. Located right on the beach, the view was amazing. It was open and airy and perfect for two couples on a four day beach getaway! It is a quick drive to our beloved downtown Fernandina as well as you some of our favorite beachside restaurants. We will definitely be back and hopefully for an even longer stay !

Great place!

Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our stay! Most issues came from the construction (renovation of pool walkway) and layout of the condo building itself (we took carts down to the beach, but had to walk around the whole building because there are steps to get down to the pool). We would recommend more kitchen towels and a cleaner for the glass stove top would have been good to have, but beyond that, it really had everything else we needed! We will absolutely return, and will use Stay Better Vacations in the future!

Great location.

Property is right on the beach. Great ocean views. The place was quite. The condo was properly stocked with cleaning supplies, towels and information about the place and attractions nearby.

Great Family Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient to the beach and property pool of course, but its a short drive to the park, cute places to eat as well as the adorable downtown Amelia Island. We will be back again next year!

Wonderful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, attractive condo. Loved being on the 4th floor--easy walk up when we didn't want to use the elevator. Looked just like the pictures. Would stay here again.

A Haven at the Beach

Our visit was so wonderful ! The condo had everything we needed and more! It was great being close to the beach and pool since we had two grandchildren with us. The condo was spacious and comfortable! Another visit would be welcomed in our future!

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay in the clean and comfortable condo. It was perfect for the two of us and surprisingly quiet for Memorial Day weekend. The view was spectacular. Everything we needed was already set up for us such as soaps, cleaners, paper products, etc. The area guide provided information to surrounding restaurants and including interesting things to do. We simply put on our swimsuits and headed to our beach chairs that were easily rented prior to our arrival. We look forward to returning to the area again! The new elevator that was being installed should be in tip top working order when we return!

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay. This condo was very clean, comfortable and well thought out for guests. The master Bedroom had spectacular views. The beds were very comfy and each BR had a ceiling fan. The owners clearly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, from extra beach towels, chairs, to 2 different coffee makers. Kitchen was well stocked and lacked nothing for our trip. The mgmt company was top notch and communication was great. Very helpful and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Ocean Front

This is an older building, but the unit has been updated. It's really nice! it was very clean. The best part is it's oceanfront! You can hear the waves from your balcony. & the balcony is big, not some tiny thing. You can comfortably sit out there & not feel cramped. The pool area is nice too. Loved it!

Nice condo, great location

The condo was clean and everything was in good operating condition. Be aware that the east-facing sliding glass door is uncovered, with no curtains or blinds, so the morning sun made watching TV a bit challenging. The wireless connection between the modem and TV hung up a couple of times ("Network Errors") but rebooting the modem cleared things up. Apart from those minor issues, the condo provided a clean, safe environment. We'd stay again!

Friends week

The place was lovely, enjoy coffee on the balcony facing the beach was great. Spending time on the beach was just relaxing. The pool was a bit cool for us so we spent more time at the beach. The downtown area was nice and the food at the restaurants was delicious. The only downside, I would say, is that we found out that one of the elevators was not working when we arrived there. 4:00 0’clock is when we received our code to get into the condo. It seemed like everyone else received their code at 4:00 o’clock too, because it was a zoo trying to get a “shopping cart” to carry your luggage (that didn’t fit everything that you had to carry up) with one elevator working. I would suggest that you stagger the times people can get into the condos.

Fun In The Sun

Over all this is an amazing property. Tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen had every think we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The keyless entry into the condo was great - no keeping track of a key (Just had to remember the combination. The gate out to the beach required a key fob to open the gate which is much easier than trying to insert a key. There are a few reasons why I did not give this a 5 star rating. Even though the key fob was convenient for opening the gate to the beach, they only allotted 1 key per condo. So, everyone has to be out to the beach or in the condo. This was inconvenient for 2 but I think it would be even more of a problem as the number of guests increases. Even though the the master bedroom has an awesome view of the beach, it could benefit from room darkening shades for those of us who like to sleep in. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay - great accommodations on a beautiful beach!
