Beachfront condo with private parking, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with bunkbed cubby in the hallway and sleeper sofa in living room (Sleeps 4 -5).

Beach service (umbrella and two chairs) included with rental March 1 - October 31!

- Right on the beach in 30A! Enjoy amazing views while you relax on the patio of this second story condo overlooking the gulf.
- Experience peace and serenity at Commodore's Retreat on our private beach and private boardwalk for beach access.
- Eastern Lake, adjacent to the condo, is a great place for kids to explore and a fantastic place to skim board, paddle board, kayak or canoe

- Community pool and outdoor community grills (charcoal only)
- Memory foam King bed in primary bedroom with a bunkbed cubby in the hallway perfect for kids. Graco Pack N Play travel crib also included for the little ones (crib sheet not provided).
- Beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and boogie boards provided as well
- Upgraded appliances, stackable washer / dryer, and shower / tub combo. Other perks include cable TV and complimentary WIFI.
- Fully stocked kitchen, living room offers large flat screen TV, and smart TV in master bedroom
- Sleeper sofa in living room
- Equipped with all linens, and an initial supply of necessities (paper products, etc.), all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.

- Commodore's Retreat is located on a quiet dead end street away from the crowds; nestled off of Hwy 30A close to all the action but with a quiet Old Florida neighborhood feel. Specifically located in Seagrove Beach between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy a day on the beach or a bike ride along the many bike paths on Scenic 30A.
- The community pool is well maintained, and the building offers an elevator from the parking area for easier access to the upper floors.

~Commodores Retreat HOA has limited the parking to one car per unit only~
~No smoking and no pets~
~Please note we do not offer this rental to anyone under 25 years of age~

Thomas was welcoming and kept us informed of any issues we needed to know about. The king bed was very comfortable and the shower was really great.

We had a great time our recent stay. The view was beautiful and the condo was exactly as explained in the description. The weather didn't always cooperate, but even though it was cold at times, the beautiful view made up for it! Highly recommend this place!

Once again Thomas and Melissa were great hosts and we had a wonderful vacation! Water views, sandy beach and relaxation - what more could you want! Feel like there were a few upgrades to the unit since our least stay and it was a nice surprise.

Everything was great. Renting the condo was easy and the owners were fantastic and accommodating. The place itself was perfect for us, comfy, and has an incredible view of the pristine beach. The surrounding community had plenty of fun things to do but the beach access was very easy and by far our favorite. We will certainly be coming back soon!

Did Not Disappoint!!

Love this place. Perfect for a family with young children. Clean, quiet and the views were everything you would want in a beach vacation. Sitting on the patio watching the sunrise was one of my favorite things. Beach access was easy and every morning our beach chairs were set up by 7am.Beach was not crowded even on Memorial Day Weekend. Pool offered a nice break after spending all day in the ocean. Host communicated well and we had no issues at all during our stay. Would 100% recommend if your looking to be on the beach in Santa Rosa/30A.

Nice long weekend

We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the closeness to the beach. The condo is also walkable to the Steamboat Grill, which has excellent food and drink.

Beach getaway

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay close to all the 30A has to offer! Great beach walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Enjoyed renting E-bikes they are a great way to get around.

Perfect get away with kids

Perfect get away for myself and two kids. I could easily see them on the beach from the balcony. The living room space is bigger than I imagined in the pictures very comfortable and clean.

Great vacation place

Beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed condo on a lovely beach. Walking distance from several restaurants and shops. Our host promptly responded when we had a question. Additional/brighter lights in bathroom and a new kitchen faucet would be helpful. But overall this is a great place to stay! Hoping to return for another visit next year.

Nice condo on the beach, great location...

We visited in winter. Great beach views/access, and a wonderful location. Right on the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic. Still has great access to good restaurants, bars and shops. Condo was up-to-date with all we needed. Owners responded quickly to a few questions that we had. Will definitely try to stay here again.
