Downtown Lake Geneva awaits! Welcome to the Bungalow. Built in 1902, this home consists of two rental spaces, each with its own private entrance and exit. This historical gem is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You'll enjoy all this lake town has to offer ~ plus serenity. The ambiance and the neighborhood are two things that set this home apart from the competition. Geneva Street is YOUR "home away" in DOWNTOWN Lake Geneva.

*Please note that this unit does not have a full kitchen. Instead, you will find a kitchenette set up with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and mini fridge. We encourage you to check out all the great local restaurants within walking distance! :) Fireplace is non-functional due to insurance liability.

*On-site parking available for a maximum of three vehicles. Additional off-site parking is also available. Please contact us if interested* * Please note there is a security camera pointed toward the parking lot for guest safety.
*PLEASE NOTE There are two separate rental units in this building. We ask that guests be mindful of each other and keep late night noise at a minimum (quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.). If you're looking to celebrate late night, please book the entire property (see separate listing).

*Please note: After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

Very cozy home. We loved how the home was decorated. It’s located right next to downtown Lake Geneva. Within walking distance of everything. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful place!

We had so much fun and the house was perfect for our group! Centrally located near all the restaurants and bars and only a 6 minute drive from Grand Geneva resor (skiing) made this place perfect!

Girls Overnight

Loved our stay. Convenient location within walking distance of shopping, dining, and beach. Spacious accommodations, great table for playing board games, and comfy sofa for girl talk. Decor was casual and relaxing. Beds were comfortable.

70th Birthday Celebration

We had a great time exploring Lake Geneva. The weather cooperated and we enjoyed walking, shopping, and eating at many of the great restaurants. The boats ride around the lake allowed us to see all of the beautiful houses amongst the fall colors.

October fest

We had a good time, everything was within walking distance. We could have used a bigger refrigerator and somewhere to clean dishes. We had great weather and the host was very helpful.

Fabulous

I highly recommend this house. My sister, cousin and myself stayed for a weekend in mid December. It was very clean and plenty of room. We really liked the fact that it was close to everything. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The hosts were very nice and got back to you with quickly with any questions. We were all in agreement that we would go back in a heartbeat!

Great Location - Walking Distance to Everything in Lake Geneva

We just got back from the most amazing stay at this beautiful Lake Geneva rental, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated—exactly as pictured, if not better. You can tell the owners really care about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience.The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown Lake Geneva, but still quiet and peaceful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the home like extra blankets, games, and even a binder with local recommendations.We came to relax and recharge, and this home gave us everything we needed and more. It was the perfect blend of cozy and luxurious. We’re already talking about coming back next year—highly, highly recommend!

Great stay and location, but no real kitchen

This is a great property with a fantastic location and responsive management. What you see in the pictures for the kitchenette is exactly what is available - there is no stove or oven. Plan accordingly - we were able to eat outside at local restaurants but it did throw us for a loop. Samantha was super helpful and provided grilling materials for our use. The unit itself has a bit of an interesting layout, but it added to the fun as we thought up multiple theories as to what the property was previously used for!

In addition, the noise from the occupants renting ten upstairs unit was disruptive. Noise from the traffic outside was loud as well. TV did not work. We left one day early due to the above

This home is in the downtown business district and noise is possible. It is noted on the listing. There are two units in this building unless (also noted), had you let us know we would have contacted the other guests immediately. Misunderstanding

The home is nice, steps from downtown LG. The problem is there is no kitchen on the first floor unit so no oven, sink, dishes, glasses, etc. it states a kitchenette which we clearly did not see just assumed it would have a kitchen so not having a full kitchen was a big inconvenience. We brought lots of food to prepare needless to say put a glitch in our plans. The staff was very helpful and offered to relocate us to a place with a kitchen but we had unpacked and decided to stay.rather than move everything to new location .

Our many five-star reviews mention we encourage guests to walk to the nearby downtown restaurants. We provide disposable coffee cups, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, mini fridge with freezer and disposable plates/utensils. This is not the place to book if guests desire to cook a full meal. We did our best to make you and your group more comfortable by going above and beyond, even offering to help move you to a different property with full kitchen.
