Enjoy a partial gulf view from the front balcony of Serenity Shores, our top floor condominium. We keep our home updated with firm beds and quality furniture to make you feel right at home. 

Feels like a real home. Not a vacation rental. 

Our home has balconies on both gulf and bay side, providing a healthy ocean breeze inside the residence. The tall 9 foot ceilings make our residence feel spacious and modern. 



We keep it updated.

Our home is exceptionally well-maintained and clean - We stay several weeks a year ourselves, and you will note it feels much more like a nice home instead of a typical rental property. 

We have fresh premium flooring throughout, with stainless appliances, granite counters, and modern amenities including a dedicated private elevator. Enjoy beautiful top-floor views with no stairs to climb! The living room has a beautiful open layout, with expansive west-facing windows.

We have a 65" television in the living area, and a 50" in the master bedroom. All our furniture was selected to make the home feel luxurious and welcoming for our guests.

About the rooms:

Master Suite: The luxurious master suite has a private balcony facing the bay side of the island, and has a luxurious pillowtop king bed with our own version of a "pillow menu". The master bath has a huge tiled shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. 

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom has a small office area, complete with desk, monitor, office chair, and even keyboard/mouse. This same bedroom has bunk beds (twin on top/full on bottom). 

Third Bedroom: The third bedroom has a queen bed, complete with new mattress and a large closet. 

Second Bath: The hallway bathroom has a luxurious tiled shower with a special doorless layout. Our guests love it! 

Your own garage.

Enjoy your own PRIVATE, locked garage stall throughout your stay. We have two parking spots available - One inside the garage and one on the driveway directly in front of the garage. 

Located near the beach and shopping.

This perfect location is just one block to the beach and two blocks from the popular bayfront park, featuring picturesque views of the bay. Here you will also find a picnic area, children's playground, a kayak launch and basketball courts. 

We are only one mile from Bridge Street, which has historic shops, restaurants, and even a family-owned coffee and ice cream shops. Bridge Street also has fun attractions (like mini golf) for the family.

The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The location was perfect to take advantage of the free trolley on the island. The home was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was amazing. From the moment you pull up to this condo you know you’re in for a treat. Communication was top notch and provided so we as the guest felt like this was our home. Detailed instructions on entry into the house, garage, and even in the elevator. I have never wanted an elevator so much in my home until experiencing what it’s like to have one at your fingertips.Then entering the condo you feel the cool refreshing air conditioning already on and awaiting your arrival. The condo is well laid out and spacious. The kitchen is cozy and functional, the beds comfortable, the master shower is an experience in itself.I would highly recommend this condo for your vacationing needs.

This was THE best VRBO property we have ever stayed at!! The reviews sold me when we were looking for a house for our family of 4 to stay 9-10days. We were even offered early check in and that was so kind! The elevator was perfect for all our suitcases and groceries!Such wonderful hosts!! The kitchen was well equipped- and this is saying a lot because I do a lot of cooking and the many Pyrex dishes/excellent knives and colander’s made cooking very easy! This house is extremely well cleaned/and very spacious! Lots of towel holders in the bathrooms and plenty of storage. My 18 and 16 year olds had their own rooms and there was plenty of closet/dressers for clothes. Loved that we could use the beach chairs since we flew from DFW. My only suggestion (since I am a light sleeper) - is some blackout curtains/a pull down shade in the master bedroom since it faces east. We won’t be able to stay anywhere else when we visit AMI next time -we’re so spoiled. Thank you, Jennifer and Bryce for the amazing house and making our stay so memorable!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the elevator, which was extremely helpful since we were traveling with three elderly family members. The host replied quickly and was very helpful.Highly recommend this place for families looking for comfort, accessibility, and a great beach getaway!

5 stars – Perfect Beach Retreat on Anna Maria Island!We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. It was the perfect retreat for our family. The home was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and quality linens, and was beautifully appointed throughout. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together.The location is fantastic! Just steps from the beach in a peaceful, scenic area. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like the beach toys and gear, which made our time on the sand even better. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after the beach, and we had such a fun time making s’mores around the fire pit in the evenings…such a cozy touch!Communication with the owner was excellent: friendly, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. We felt right at home and completely relaxed. We’d definitely love to return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a special stay on Anna Maria Island.

Beautiful piece of heaven!

This was our 2nd year staying at Serenity Shores! Such a beautiful condo, fully stocked and so close to the beach! We walked across the street every morning to set up our spot for the day and back every night for the beautiful sunsets! Any small things that came up, Bryce was so fast to help! This definitely feels like our own vacation home now

Wonderful vacation spot!

The house is beautiful, bright, sunny, open and meticulously clean. Short walk to a beautiful beach. The hosts were great with communication. The beds could use new mattresses, and a few upgraded beach chairs would be nice. Overall, excellent place!

Top floor was just perfect! Great view, terrific open living room/kitchen for games and hangout after the beach. Everything you could possibly want/need for vacation. We were two moms with two teen girls who adored their independence via the bikes and close beach. Owners were above and beyond responsive and helpful. Will be back

Property is as well maintained as it appears in photographs. Nice location in quiet neighborhood steps from beach. Well equipped. Host Bryce could not have been more accommodating and responsive in making our stay comfortable and hassle free. One of our best VRBO stays.

Steps away from the beach

What a wonderful place and location for our first visit to AMI! Bryce and Jennifer are fabulous hosts, provided all details of their vacation home and were very quick to respond with any questions, recommendations, or concerns. We had a child break her collarbone while on this trip. Bryce provided much help on where to go and offered kind words. The elevator came in handy after the accident, and of course, with bringing all of our belongings up. The garage space was perfect with having 2 cars and securely placing our beach gear each day. Well equipt for preparing meals, great washer and dryer and all beds were comfy. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. Looking forward to our next stay!

Best Vacation!

I've always been a bit skeptical on this way for a vacation rental. Being that this was the first time, i couldn't be more pleased. The renters were absolutely wonderful and made the entire process effortless. They were so helpful with everything and were very prompt in communication. The home was absolutely beautiful. My children and I had such an amazing time that we wished we were abel to extend! Sadly it was back to work for me! We look forward to renting from them again.

Just right for putt family. We suggest Connor Park in Palmetto, it’s beautiful place to walk, run, or learn about water Ecology, native plants, bats, egrets, spoonbills, art and serenity of nature.

Immaculate home with a view

We had such a glorious time in this beautiful home just a block from pristine powdery white sands of Bradenton Beach. The home was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, well-stocked & a perfect home away from home! We enjoyed hours on the front porch looking at the gulf & watching people passing by. Bryce & Jen were wonderful hosts too, gave great restaurant recs too!

Fantastic place to rent!

We did a Teacher Spring Break and we loved this condo. This was very well equipped, absolutely as advertised and very clean. This is located a block (or less) from a non-crowded beach. Also it’s in a very quiet location. It was a wonderful, relaxing week.

We visited Anna Maria Island during the 2020 pandemic, and simply fell in love with the island. In fact, we were counting the days until we returned to this one-of-a-kind piece of paradise. We eventually decided to purchase a home to allow us longer stays on the island!

We loved this home because it really feels like a luxury home. Unlike a typical rental property, this residence feels warm and inviting. It is super comfortable, and easy to live in.

Also, the location is perfect - It's close enough to the beach and Bridge Street, while not being in the midst of the traffic and noise.

Our home is on the third floor, so no one is walking above you. And there are no shared walls, so you don't hear noise from neighbors.

Because this residence covers the entire top floor, there are windows on all four sides of the home. We love opening the windows and having a fresh ocean breeze throughout the home! We wake up to a sunrise in the master bedroom balcony, and enjoy the sunset (and partial gulf view) on the front balcony. It is perfect!
